Chitkara University 2024 Counselling, Admission Procedure

Chitkara University 2024 Counselling/ Admission is organised by online mode after release of merit. Through this university level admission procedure, candidates get admission into the university and its affiliated institutions. Chitkara University offers admission in the UG, PG and Doctoral courses in various fields. It has two campuses located in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh, India. No entrance exam is conducted by the University for offering admissions. The admission is based on the performance of the candidate in academics or in any national level exam. Chitkara University Counselling 2024

The university conducts the counselling for the eligible candidates from after the merit list is released. It is necessary for the candidates to present physically for attending the counselling. The counselling will be conducted in two days for Himachal Pradesh Domicile and Reserved Category and candidates having JEE Main score.

Candidates also have to carry the printout of the page where university has mentioned the all counselling details for first counselling. The address where candidates have to attend the counselling is given below:

Counselling Procedure 2024

The candidates those have successfully submitted their application form on stipulated time will be called for the counselling. It is compulsory for the candidates to attend the counselling only in given date and time. Candidates do not forget to carry the original documents along with two set of photocopies on the day of counselling.

At the time of counselling, the seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of their rank and selected course. Candidates will be provided the admissions only after the receipt of the counselling fee at the time of counselling.

Documents Required for Counselling

Candidates have to bring the Original Certificates and 2 self attested copies of each to be carried at the time of counselling along with the application form submitted earlier.

• 10th and 12th marks sheet and passing certificates
• Character certificate from the institution last attended
• Medical fitness certificate
• Migration certificate from the last board
• Reserved category certificate (if applicable)
• Photocopy of score card of JEE Mains/ State level entrance exam (if applicable)
• Certificate of Bona fide Himachali (if applicable)
• 2 Passport size photograph
• Copy of Aadhar card, etc.

Chitkara University Admission Procedure 2024

After the seat allotted to the candidate, they will be provided with the seat allotment letter. Candidate should report to the allotted department with this allotment letter to get admission in the allotted stream. If candidates will be allotted the seat, they have to deposit the following fees at the time of admission.

Note: The fee can be paid in Cash or by Demand draft in favour of Chitkara University, payable at Chandigarh. No Cheques shall be accepted
