DASA 2026 Allotment (Round 1) has been released on 10th July 206 for PG courses via online mode. The counselling is carried out by the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, India. Admission is offered on the basis of SAT score.

Here, we are providing some important points regarding DASA 2026 Counselling:

  • DASA 2026 counselling has been commence from 13th June 2026 for PG courses & from 28th July 2026 for UG courses.
  • Authority conduct the counselling for DASA 2026 through online mode only.
  • Counselling is conducted in various rounds as per the availability of seats after each round of counselling.
  • There are three rounds of seat allotment and one spot round if seats remain vacant.
  • Candidates have to confirm their allotted seat after every round of counselling.
  • Candidates who will be allotted seat in round 1, 2 & 3 have to report at the allotted institution within stipulated time period.

DASA 2026 Counseling Procedure

The counselling has been started from 13th June 2026. To participate in the counselling, candidates have to log in to their account on the official website of DASA.

After logging candidates have to do choice filling of courses and colleges as per their priority and preference. Candidates are advised to select as many colleges and courses to increase their chance of getting admission.

Candidates after selecting their preferred course and college are required to submit their choices. Candidates are required to review their choices as they are not allowed to make changes to the choices after submission.

The choice filling and seat allotment is done in real-time. Candidates are allotted seats immediately after submitting their choices.

DASA 2026 Counselling Rounds

DASA counselling takes place in various rounds which are explained below:

First Round

The first seat allotment of DASA counselling for UG course will be released on 10th July 2026. The result of seat allotment is displayed on the site.

Candidates have to confirm their allotted seat within 3 days of the first round of seat allotment date.

Candidates those are allotted their first choice of institute/course in round 1 have two options, press accept and press decline as per candidate’s choice.

Second Round

All the candidates those does not get allotted seat in first round and those who opt for Accept & Upgrade in first round are eligible for seat allotment in the second round.

The result of seat allotment is displayed on the site. Candidates who are allotted seats, have to confirm their seats according to above procedure.

Third Round

All the candidates who were not allotted seats in second round and opted for Accept & Upgrade in second round are eligible for seat allotment in the third round.

The third round seat allotment result is displayed on the site.

Spot Round

In case seats remain vacant in the participating institutes, it is displayed of DASA website.

Candidates who are allotted seat in the spot round as per their choice and do not accept the allotted seat can not be eligible for any refund.

Reporting at the Allotted Institute

Provisional admission letters will be issued to only those candidates who were allotted institute/course as per allotment list. Provisional allotment letters are submitted at the allotted institute at the time of admission.

Admission is based on verification of original documents and satisfying the physical fitness prescribed by the concerned institute during the time of admission.
