Dayananda Sagar University, Bangalore will organizes the Dayananda Sagar Admission Test (DSAT) every year for shortlisting the candidates for admission procedure. Shortlisted candidates form the admission procedure will get selected for admission in various UG and PG Courses like B.Tech., M.Tech., MBA, B. Here are the complete details with some key instructions on DSAT Application Form 2022:

• DSAT 2022 Application Form has been released through online mode.
• Only eligible candidates are allowed to apply for the DSAT 2022, so applicants are advised to confirm their eligibility before applying for the exam.
• Candidates must fill the application with utmost caution, as authority may not provide any correction facility.
• The details filled by candidates in the Application Form must be authentic, as any alteration in the details could cause rejection of application form.
• Candidates must submit their application form before the prescribed date, as application form can not be accepted after prescribed Schedule.
• The DSAT Application Form submission procedure will regulated till July 2022.
• Candidates are advised to seek the printout of filled confirmation page and Fee receipt for future uses.

Documents required while submission of application form:

• Date of Birth (D.O.B) certificate
• Mark List
• Transcript of qualifying exam
• Multiple passport size photograph
• Transfer certificate

Application Fee:

• DSAT Application Form Fee can only be submitted through online mode.
• Applicants can use Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment gateways for transaction of DSAT application fee.
• The DSAT Application Form Fee for every category candidates will be 1000/-.

DSAT Eligibility Criteria

Checkout the complete eligibly norm candidates must satisfy to be eligible for DSAT 2022 admission procedure:

For UG course:

• For B.Tech.: Candidates must have qualify 12^th or equivalent level examination with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) and Physics & Mathematics as their mandatory subject.
• B.Pharma.: Applying candidate must pass passed or appearing in their 12^th examination with at least 40% marks along with PCM/ PCB/ PCMB/ PC & Electronics or PC & Computer Science.

For PG course:

• MBA: Applicantsmust be the bachelor’s degree holder with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST) to be eligible for admission.
• M.Tech.: Applying candidates must have B.Tech./ B.E or equivalent degree with minimum 50% marks from any recognized institution.

DSAT 2022 Exam Pattern

The complete examination pattern for the DSAT 2022 Examination will be as follows:

• Mode of Exam: DSAT 2022 Examination will be organized through both online and offline mode.
• Medium of exam: The medium for the DSAT 2022 examination will be in English language.
• No. of Questions: There will be total 120 questions in the question paper.
• Questions Type: The question paper will be consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
• Duration: Total 2 hours (120 minutes) will be allotted for every candidates for solving the question paper.
• Marking Scheme: Total 1 mark will be allotted to the candidates for each correct response.

DSAT 2022 Syllabus

The Syllabus for the DSAT examination will be different for every courses and UG/PG courses. The DSAT syllabus for UG level courses will be consist of topics from various subjects like Physics, Chemistry, English, Biology & Mathematics of 11^th and 12^th level. However, the syllabus for the PG level courses will consist of topics from graduation level academics.

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

DSAT 2022 Admit Card

The DSAT 2022 Admit Card will be released by the authority from the July 2022. Authority will release the DSAT admit card for registered candidates only. Registered candidates for the DSAT 2022 will be able to download their admit card from the website of authority though online mode.

The admit card will be an important document for every candidates as it will contain details like Candidate’s Name, Roll Number, Application Number, Exam Centre Address etc. Candidates are advised to keep their admit card safe till the completion of admission procedure.

DSAT 2022 Result

The DSAT 2022 result will be released by the authority after few days from the completion of examination. Authority will release the result for every DSAT exam registered candidates individually through online mode.

Candidates will be able to download their DSAT 2022 Result from the 2^nd week of July 2022 through the website of authority. The DSAT result will contain the performance of candidates in the examination.

DSAT 2022 Counselling

The DSAT Counselling procedure will be conducted by the authority after few weeks from the declaration of DSAT Result. Candidates will be able to participate in the DSAT counselling procedure from the month of July 2022 through online mode.

The DSAT counselling procedure will be conducted by the authority for exam qualified candidates only. University will conduct the counselling procedure in various rounds based on the availability of seats after each rounds of counselling. The seats will be allotted to the candidates based on their rank in the merit list.
