DU Application Form 2023 – Extended (CUET UG)

Delhi University 2023 Application Form Last date has been extended till 30th March 2023 for admission through CUET UG. Check here for application details.

The Delhi University Application Form 2023 for Undergraduate Admissions has been released on 9th February 2023. The application form can be filled and submitted via online mode only.

The last date to submit the application form for UG admission is till 30th March 2023. For PG admission, application form has been released from 20th March 2023. It can be filled till 19th April 2023.

Documents & Details Required to Fill the Application:

Here we are providing the documents & details required at the time of filling the application:

• 10th Class Board Certificate (For DOB) (maximum size – 150 KB).
• 12th Class Marks-sheet, if result declared.  (In case the MarkSheet is not issued by the Board then the self-attested copy of the Mark-Sheet downloaded from the respective board’s website should be uploaded)
• Caste Certificate (If applicable) (maximum size – 150KB).
• Scanned Photograph & signature (maximum size: 50KB).
• The size of photograph should be 2 inch x 2 inch (5 mm x 5mm).
• Income Certificate (for OBC-NCL) (If applicable).
• Sport Certificate(s) for last three years (If applicable).
• Extra Curricular Activities Certificate(s) (If applicable).
• Candidate’s Personal, Qualification, Guardians, Communications & other details.
• Valid Email ID & Mobile Number.

Step-1: Online Registration:

• Visit the website of Delhi University.
• Now, click on “Undergraduate Admissions” section.

• Then, click on “UG Admission Portal – Click here”.

• Now, click on the link “New Registration”.

• Create a new account by filling your basic details such as Name, Email ID, Password, Mobile Number, etc.
• After filling all details, click on “Register” button.

• A page will open with the user registration details. Candidates should click on the link “Click here to save this information for future references”.

• An email will be sent to the registered email to confirm the online registration.
• Click on the link received in the Email ID and confirm your account.

Step-2: Fill Details:

• A new login page will appear on the screen.
• Enter your Email and Password and click on the login button.

• Read the instructions & click on “Continue” button.

• The application form will appear on the screen.
• Applicants are required to fill various details in the application such as personal, educational, course applying, communication and other details.
• Personal Details: Candidates Name, Category, Gender, DOB, Nationality, Aadhaar Card Number, etc.
• Family Details: Mother’s Name, Mother’s Occupation, Mother’s Office Number, Father/Guardian’s Name, Occupation, Mobile Number, etc.
• Candidates also have to fill category/quota details.
• Communication Details: Address, City, Country, State, Pin code, etc.
• Bank Details: Candidates have to enter their account number and IFSC code in case of fee refund.
• Then, click on submit button.

• Check all the details & click on “NEXT” button.

• Academic Details: Candidates have to fill 12th class exam details like Board, Roll Number, Year, Result Status, Subject Name, Secure marks , etc.
• Then, click on “Submit” button.

• Check all the details & click on “NEXT” button.

• Now, select “Do you wish to apply for Merit Based Courses?“.
• Then, click on “Submit” button.
• Check all the details & click on “NEXT” button.
• Now, select “Do you wish to apply for Entrance Based Courses?“.
• Then, click on “Submit” button.
• Check all the details & click on “NEXT” button.
• Fill sports, ECA, details, etc.

Step-3: Upload Images:

• Go through the image upload option.
• Upload the scanned images of passport size photograph (Size: 20 KB to 50 KB), signature (Size: 20 KB to 50 KB) & 10^th class certificate (Size: 75 KB to 150 KB).
• The images should be accepted in JPG/JPEG format.
• Candidates should upload the images in prescribed format.
• After uploading all the images, click on “Next” button.

Step-4: Fee Payment:

• The application fee will be Rs. 100 for general & OBC and Rs. 50 for SC/ST & PwD candidates.
• Fee payment can be made using debit/credit card or net banking.
• Go through the make fee payment option.
• Select the payment mode.
• Fill the payment details and make payment.

Step-5: Download & Print Application:

• Once the fee payment will be done, students can take printout of the application.
• Click on “Print Form” option.
• Take the printout of the submitted application form and keep it safe for further use.
