IBSAT Exam Date || IBSAT Admission Procedure 

Entrance exam is conducted to test ability of candidates in quantitate techniques, analytical reasoning, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary, and reading comprehension.

It is a proctored online aptitude test conducted by the ICFAI Foundation of Higher Education Hyderabad (a deemed-to-be University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956). This exam is conducted to test students ability in quantitate techniques, analytical reasoning, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary and reading comprehension.

The ICFAI Foundation, accept scores from IBSAT 2024 and alternatively the scores of CAT/NMAT by GMAC™/XAT/GMAT™ (from 2022 onwards) for admission to the following programs:

• MBA program offered by IBS Hyderabad, IBS Bangalore, IBS Dehradun and IBS Jaipur.
• PGPM (Post Graduate Program in Management) program offered by IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai and IBS Pune.

• The IBSAT 2025 application form has been released from 1st July 2024.
• Candidates can fill and submit application form through online mode, offline method can be accepted.
• Candidates have to purchase IBSAT 2025 form from IBS Marketing branches, from the nearest branches.
• Before proceeding to fill registration form, candidates must fulfill eligibility criteria from below.
• Start filling application form with details such as academic qualification, personal details, communicational details, etc.

Application Fee:

• The submitted application fee is non-transferrable.

• Educational Qualification: Those applying candidates must qualify graduation with English medium.
• Candidates must complete minimum 15 years of education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis).
• Those candidates who will not meet with eligibility criteria for must have TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS scoresfor English medium in graduation.
• Percentage: At least 50% marks or above marks must be scored by the candidates to be eligible.
• Appearing: Those appearing candidates in their final year of graduation will also be eligible to apply for exam.

IBSAT 2025 Admit Card

The authority will release IBSAT 2025 admit card through online mode. It will be released in after completion the registration procedure. It will be downloaded by those candidates who will complete their registration before the deadline.

During the slot booking process, the hall ticket will be released. Login credentials will be required to enter into the website to download admit card. It will consist with the details such as candidates name, exam name, roll number, exam timing, & other exam related details.

IBSAT 2025 Result

ICFAI Business School is expected to declare the IBSAT 2025 Result in first week of January 2025. Applicants will be able to access the IBSAT 2025 result through online mode. There will be no other more than online will be available to download result.

Login credentials such as application number and password will be required to enter into the website to check result. In the form of scorecard, the result will be declared. In results,  the qualifying status of candidates and combined and category wise merit list for all applicants participating in exam will be released.

IBSAT 2025 Cut Off

IBSAT 2025 cut off will be announced by the ICFAI Business School through online mode. To qualify for further rounds of selection procedure, candidates will have to score the minimum marks required for qualifying in the IBSAT 2025 exam.

Those candidates who will clear the minimum IBS cut off will provide admission to ICFAI Business School. The scores of IBSAT will be accepted by IBS campuses all across India and each of them will have its own cut off for admission procedure.

IBSAT 2025 Selection Procedure

ICFAI Business School will organize a IBSAT 2025 selection procedure from 15th February 2025. Those candidates who will clear the entrance exam will have to attend Micro Presentation and personal interview.

Candidate with a valid scores in IBSAT exam or CAT/ XAT/ NMAT by GMAC/GMAT will also be eligible to participate in selection procedure. Selection briefing will be done for qualified candidates in 60 cities across the country. It will include Micro Presentation & Personal Interview.

• Micro Presentation – Selection process is a brief talk or presentation where candidates demonstrate their communication, presentation skills, and ability to think quickly on their feet.
  Candidates will have the opportunity to select one topic out of three. The format allows for 4 minutes in total: 1 minute for preparation and 3 minutes for delivering the presentation.
• Personal Interview: In this round, each candidate will be interviewed for 5-7 minutes. The interview panel will focus on assessing the attitude and aspirations of the candidates besides evaluating their General Knowledge, communication skills, clarity of thought and expression, as well as aptitude for a career in management.

IBSAT 2025 Counselling

IBSAT 2025 counselling will be conducted for every qualified candidates in examination. It will be organized through online mode. Shortlisted candidates will undergoes a group discussion and personal interview session.

Seats will be filled based on their IBSAT written test, Micro Presentation and personal interview and the availability of seats. Candidates will also be required to carry some of the important documents for verification. After verifying the documents, the final admission will be given to the candidates. Terms and Conditions for Scholarships

• Eligibility: Scholarships will be offered only to those applicants who have appeared for the IBSAT-2024 test scheduled on 28th December 2024 & 29th December 2024 and have successfully qualified.
• Admission and Registration: Applicants must complete the admission process, register on the specified date, and pay the Requisite admission fee to be eligible for the scholarship.
• Applicability: The amount of scholarship awarded to candidates will be adjusted solely against the program fee and payment will not be utilized for any other purposes or fees.

Withdrawal Policy: In case student withdrawal from the program for any reason, any applicable fee refunds will be calculated after deducting the scholarship sum granted earlier.
