JEE Main 2022 Registration (Session 2) has been re-opened on 11th July 2022. Last date to register & submit fee is till 11th July 2022. Click here to register.

Here we are providing details regarding JEE Main 2022 Application Form:

  • JEE Main 2022 Application Form has been made available via online mode. No other mode will be entertained to submit application form.
  • Candidates can fill the application form for 1st session exam from 1st March 2022. For 2nd session, it has been started from 1st June 2022.
  • For Session 1, the registrations are restarted from 18th April 2022.
  • Last date to apply for JEE Main (1st phase) is till 25th April 2022. For 2nd session, the last date to apply & submit fee is till 30th June 2022.
  • While filling application form, candidates must not forget to upload passport size photograph & signature in the prescribed format.
  • All important information will be sent to candidates registered no. & mail id so it must be valid & working.
  • Candidates can fill application form either for any one session or for all the two sessions – Session 1 or 2 as per their choice.
  • Only one application form will be valid, multiple application form will lead to rejection.
  • Candidates who are applying for first session, need not to apply again for another session. Such candidates can login & fill application form using details in first session form.
  • Once all details will be completely filled, he/ she must take printout of the form & keep it safe till future use.

Following details will be required while filling JEE Main application form:

  1. Qualification details
  2. 12th marksheet with prescribed size
  3. Valid mail ID & phone number
  4. Scanned image of passport size photograph & signature
  5. Credit card, debit card or net banking details, etc.

JEE Main 2022 Application Correction

JEE Main application correction facility was opened for JEE Main session 2 after registration process. The correction facility was provided from 6th to 8th April 2022 (Session 1) to make changes in the application form after the completion of registration process. Modifications will be only allowed in the few details which are mentioned by the authority. For Session 2, correction has been re-opened from 21st July 2022.

Earlier, the authority announced that no JEE Main correction window will open for modification. However, the authority after receiving numerous representations by the candidates opened the opportunity to edit/ modify details in the application. Correction is only allowed through online link provided on the website and no corrections sent by candidates through post/ fax/ whatsApp/ email/ by hand will be entertained by NTA.

JEE Main 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check following JEE Main eligibility norms before applying for the exam:

  • Qualification: Candidates must qualify 12th level examination from any recognized board or university to be eligible.
  • For B.Arch course: Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics in their 12th level examination to be eligible.
  • For B.Tech course: Applying candidate must have Physics & Mathematics along with any one from Biology/ Chemistry/ Bio Technology/ Technical Vocational subject.
  • For B.Plan course: Candidates must qualify Intermediate with Mathematics subject to be eligible for examination.
  • Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply for JEE Main 2022.
  • Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply for the examination.

How to Apply for JEE Main 2022

Candidates must check following step by step procedure while applying for JEE Main 2022:

  • Visit official website (Link is given above)
  • Go through all the given instructions.
  • Tick on given check box.
  • After that, click on “Apply online” option.
  • Fill all details such as name, parent’s name, Date of Birth, etc.
  • Select 4 cities as per your preferences.
  • Provide valid working ID & phone number
  • Upload passport size photograph & signature in prescribed format.
  • Tick on, “Go payment” option.
  • Now a confirmation page will appear on your computer screen.
  • Take printout of the confirmation page.
  • Keep printout safe for future use.

In the adhar window of the jee application form three options r given I have selected the second one as it is the problem with surname and initial. After final submission the generated copy shows adhar not verified . Will it be a problem for getting the admit card

    1. You can not make correction in JEE Main 2022 application form. You can use different mobile no. & email ID to fill the form.

    In the comments section, you have suggested Aadhar Card details are mandatory in response to below question. While in the Q & A you mentioned Aadhar card is not mandatory.
