J&K Polytechnic 2024 Eligibility Criteria will be released through online mode. It must be checked by the candidates before applying for J&K PET 2024. Jammu and Kashmir BOPEE organizes the entrance test of J&K PET every year to offer admission into three years diploma polytechnic courses in various engineering branches. Candidates qualifying the entrance exam successfully will get admission into various polytechnic government or private institutions in Jammu & Kashmir State. J&K Polytechnic 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for J&K PET 2024, candidates must go through the complete eligibility criteria. The complete eligibility criteria must be checked by the students through the information brochure available on the J&K BOPEE website.
- Resident: Applying candidate must be permanent resident of J&K as per the Section 6 of the Constitution of J&K State.
- Qualifying Exam: Candidate must have passed his/her 10th level exam or its equivalent from a recognized board. Appearing candidates can also apply.
- Qualifying Marks: Applying candidate in his/her 10th level exam must have obtained minimum 35% marks to be eligible for J&K PET 2024.
- Qualifying subjects: Candidates must have passed their 10th level exams with the subjects of Science and Mathematics and have secured the above prescribed marks.
J&K Polytechnic 2024 Reservation
For the reserved category candidates, BOPEE sets a certain reservation policy. This reservation policy will be applicable only for admission into government colleges. The scheme of TFW (tuition fee waiver) is however applicable for admission into government as well as private institutions.

J&K Polytechnic 2024 Application Form
J&K Polytechnic 2024 Application form will be released on the website of J&K BOPEE from second week of March 2024. The application form will be filled by the candidates by online mode through the website only. Last date to submit the application form will be second week of April 2024.
Applying candidates of all categories will have to pay the application fee of Rs. 500. The fee payment will be made by the candidates through debit/credit card or net banking. Successfully registered candidates will be able to download admit cards from first week of May 2024.
