The admission into medical courses will be offered through national level entrance exams. The NEET is a national level entrance exam which is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Through this exam, candidates can get admission in any university or college in the state on the basis of scoring marks and rank.
NEET 2023 (National Entrance Cum Eligibility Test) is a national level exam which is conducted for admission in medical courses. JIPMER 2023 (Jawaharlal Postgraduate Medical Education & Research) and AIIMS 2023 (All India Institute of Medical Science) are replaced by NEET.
The NEET is the only examination whose score card will be accepted by the every medical/dental University or college in all over the country. In PG courses candidates can get admission based on NEET PG 2023 or INI CET 2023.

Rajasthan MBBS/ BDS Admission 2023
Candidates are advised to first read the eligibility criteria given below and then proceed to fill the NEET 2023 application form. If any candidate will find to be ineligible in later stage their candidature will be canceled by the concerned authority.
- Candidate should belong to Indian national.
- OCI candidates will also be eligible to apply.
- The lower age will be 17 years as on 31st December at the year of admission and there will be no upper age limit.
- Candidates should clear the 12th class with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subject from any recognized board.
- In the qualifying exam, the candidate should have obtained 50% minimum marks (40% for reserved category candidates).
- Appearing candidates will also be eligible to apply.
The selection of the candidates will be followed by the centralized counselling procedure. Candidates have to register on the counselling website to participate in the counselling.
The document verification will be mandatory in order to be eligible for the counselling. Candidates have to fill the preferences of colleges as per their choices.
On the basis of choice filled by the candidate, their obtained rank and availability of seats in the participating colleges, the seats will be allotted to the candidates. After seat allotment procedure, candidates can report to the college for getting admission.
Candidates are instructed to carry the original documents along with the one set of self attested photocopy on the day of counselling.
