NEET SS 2025 Application Form

• The application form of NEET SS 2025 will be made available through online mode only.
• Applicants will be able to fill online registration form in third week of July 2025.
• Candidates are advised to go through the eligibility criteria, before filling of application form.
• Fill the application form by entering details like candidate’s name, parent’s name, email ID, phone number, gender, qualification details etc.
• All the necessary documents like scanned photograph, signature etc. must be uploaded in specified format.
• The application form will be submitted by the candidates till first week of August 2025.
• The authority will open edit window for candidates those successfully have submitted their application form before the last date.
• There will be no need to submit application form by post or through any other offline mode to the authority.

Application Fee:

• Applicants will have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 4250/- for each group.

NEET SS 2025 Application Correction

Candidates those have successfully submitted their application form will be provided the facility to edit or change the incorrect details filled in the registration form. The authority will open the application correction window of NEET SS 2025 for a few days after the apply last date.

The corrections in the application form will be done in second week of August 2025. Candidates will be able to make changes in details except name of candidates, mobile number, email ID, Nationality, Test centres etc. The images uploaded in application form will also be rectified. Correction will be done using login credentials.

NEET SS 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must ensure that they fulfill the given eligibility criteria, before applying for NEET SS 2025:

• Qualification: Candidates those possess a Postgraduate Medical Degree/Provisional Pass Certificate (MD/MS/DNB) or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institute/college will be eligible to appear for exam.
• Cut Off Date: The release date of cut off for qualifying MD/MS/DNB Broad Specialty/ eligible feeder qualification towards determination of eligibility for appearing in NEET-SS 2025 will be 30th September 2025.
• Registration: It will be mandatory for candidates to be registered with NMC/State Medical Council to be eligible to apply.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in final year of qualifying degree and expecting their results to be released before 30th September 2025 will be eligible..

• Enter an active phone number and email address to complete the registration process.
