NEST 2024 Admit Card, Exam Instructions – Get Details Here
NEST 2024 Admit Card will be released on 15th June 2024. NEST is a national level entrance test conducted to provide admission in 5 years of integrated M.Sc. programmes at NISER (National Institute of Science Education & Research), Bhubaneswar & UM-DAE CEBS jointly. NEST (National Entrance Screening Test) is conducted once in a year in 120 cities of India. Through this exam, candidates may also get admission in UM-DAE CEBS (University of Mumbai-Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences), Mumbai. NEST Admit Card 2024
Admit card will be downloaded from the website only. Intimation regarding downloading of admit card will be released through online mode.
Candidates must have to bring the admit card and photo ID proof at the examination hall. The admit card will not be sent by post to the candidates individually.
Candidates are advised to keep the admit card till admission procedure will over. Candidates are instructed to check the all details printed on the admit card carefully.
Do not forget to carry it in the examination hall as without it no candidate will be allowed to enter into the examination hall.
NEST 2024 Admit Card Releasing Date
The NEST Admit card will be made available from 15th June 2024. The written test will be held on 30th June 2024.
The answer key will be published after 1-2 days of the examination. Candidates will also be able to file their objections on the releasing answer key by the authority.
Objections will be submitted till June 2024. After accepting the objections, the final result will be declared on 10th July 2024.
Selected candidates will be called for the offline counselling on different dates as per candidate’s scores.

How to Download NEST Admit Card
NEST 2024 Admit card downloading process includes the following steps:
- Visit the official link (link will be given above).
- Click on the link and login using your User ID and Password.
- Click on ‘Login’ button for submitting your login credentials.
- After login, you will see an ‘explanatory note’ page about merit list preparation.
- Read the note, and click in the box next to ‘I accept’, enter security (CAPTCHA) code, click in the box next to ‘I agree’, and then the ‘submit’ button.
- logout from the portal, and re-login or reload the page.
- A new tab with ‘Admit Card’ will be displayed on the portal (next to ‘Applicant Details’ tab).
- Click on the ‘Admit Card’ tab.
- The NEST admit card will appear on the screen.
- Download it and print it for further use.
- Candidates are advised to take the 2-3 printouts of it for further use.
Instructions regarding Exam
- Candidates can select the five exam centers while filling up on the application form.
- The examination venue for any test centre will be mentioned on the admit card.
- Candidates must reach the examination venue before half an hour of the examination.
- Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall after half an hour of the commencement of exam.
- Use of log tables and calculators are not allowed in the examination room.
- Must carry your own pen, pencil (HB), eraser and sharpener.
- Candidates have to carry the valid admit card along with one photo ID proof.
- Candidates have to be marked the answers on Computer.
