NIMCET 2025 Application Form will be available through online mode in first week of March 2025. NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) is a national level entrance exam conducted by National Institutes of Technology (NITs) on a rotational basis. This exam is conducted every year to provide admission in Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program. The admission to NIMCET qualified candidates will be offered at ten NITs at Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Jamshedpur, Patna, Raipur, Surathkal, Kurukshetra, Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), and Warangal and IIIT Bhopal. NIMCET 2025 Application Form

Candidates must read all the given instructions regarding filling of NIMCET 2025 Application Form:

• The Application Form for NIMCET 2025 will be made available through online mode.
• The application form will be accessible for download by the applicants in first week of March 2025. 
• Candidates must satisfy the required eligibility criteria before applying for NIMCET 2025.
• Applicants must fill all the relevant details like personal and academic details and choose test centres in order of preference.
• All the relevant documents like scanned image of photograph, signature, ID proof, proof of Date of Birth, marksheet etc must be uploaded in prescribed format.
• After duly filling up the application form and uploading of documents, candidates must carefully review the entire form and make necessary corrections, if required.
• The facility to make necessary changes in particulars of application form will be given to candidates in fourth week of April 2025.
• The last date for submitting online application will be till third week of April 2025. No requests in this regard will be entertained after the last date. 
• Applicants are advised to keep a printed copy of PDF version of completed application form.

Application Fee:

• Application fee of NMCET 2025 will be deposited through online mode.
• The application processing fee will be paid using debit card/credit card/net banking payment gateways.
• The Application fee will be Non-refundable in nature.

NIMCET 2025 Correction

The authority will provide the facility to make corrections in particular post submission of successful application forms. If candidates wish to make any modifications in application then they have to login to website using User ID and password during the correction window. 

Candidates will be able to modify the details filled in application form in fourth week of April 2025. It must be noted that correction will be possible in some of the specified particulars only and within the limited time period.

NIMCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates will be required to meet the following eligibility criteria to apply for NIMCET 2025:

• • Nationality: Applicants must be an  Indian Nationals to be eligible to apply.
  • Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must have completed their bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Mathematics/Statistics as one of the mandatory subjects. 
  • Candidates who have obtained a BE/B.Tech degree from any recognised university/institutions will also be eligible.
  • Marks Criteria: Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-Point scale (55% marks in aggregate or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-Point scale in case of SC/ST/ PwD) in the qualifying degree to become eligible to apply.
  • Appearing: Candidates who will be appearing for the final year of qualifying examination in 2025 will be also eligible to apply.

• Press on ‘‘New Registration” link to create a new User ID.
• Fill all the details required for registration properly like email ID and mobile number.
• After successful registration, proceed to fill online application form.
• Provide relevant details like personal and academic details and choose test centers in order of preference.
• Upload documents such as photograph, signature, marksheet etc as per the given instructions.
• Move to the Payment Gateway and make the application fee payment, as applicable.
• Cross-check the application form and click on “Final Submit” button.
• Take a printout of PDF of completed application form for future references.
