NIMCET 2025 Exam is scheduled to be conducted in second week of June 2025. The National Institute of Technology (NITs) conducts a national level entrance exam every year on a rotational basis. NIMCET (NIT MCA Common Entrance Test) is conducted for admission to Masters of Computer Application program. The admission to MCA program will be offered at ten NITs located at Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Patna, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), and Warangal and IIIT Bhopal.

NIMCET 2025 Application Form
Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as given related to NIMCET Application Form 2025:
- Application will be able to fill and submit the application form of NIMCET 2025 through online mode.
- The online registration process of NIMCET 2025 will be started in first week of March 2025.
- Candidates will have to fill all the required details like personal, academic, communication, address details etc.
- In the application form, candidates will need to upload their necessary documents like photographs and signatures as per the given instructions.
- The facility to make corrections in filled details of application form will also be provided to candidates in fourth week of April 2025.
- The deadline to submit the application form will be till third week of April 2025.

- The Application fee will be of Rs. 2500/- for Open/ Open-EWS/ OBC Category and Rs.1250/- for SC/ ST/ PwD Category.
How to Apply for NIMCET 2025
Candidates must follow the given steps to apply for NIMCET 2025:
- Step-1: Go through the website (link will be provided above).
- Step-2: Click on Registration link and enter details like name, DOB, gender, email ID and mobile number.
- Step-3: Now, click on Application Login link and fill the application form with personal and academic details.
- Step-4: Upload scanned images of candidate’s photograph and signature in prescribed format.
- Step-5: Go to the payment gateway and make payment of application fee.
- Step-6: Click on “Final Submit” button to submit the application form.
- Step-7: Applicants are advised to download the application form and also keep a printed copy of the same for future references.
NIMCET 2025 Application Correction
Candidates must fill the application form carefully and crosscheck all the entered details before final submission. In case of any mistakes in application form, candidates will be given three or four days to edit specific details only.
The edt window will be made available to candidates in fourth week of April 2025. Candidates will have to login to website using login credentials to make corrections in entered details of application form.
NIMCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfil the following NIMCET Eligibility Criteria 2025 to be able to apply:
- Nationality: Candidates who are Indian Nationals will be eligible to apply.
- Qualification: Candidates must have completed bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Mathematics/Statistics as one of the mandatory subjects. Or
- BE/B.Tech degree from any recognised university/institutions.
- Marks Criteria: One must secure at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-Point scale (55% marks in aggregate or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-Point scale in case of SC/ST/ PwD) must be obtained in the qualifying degree.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination will also be eligible to apply for NIMCET-2025.
NIMCET 2025 Exam Pattern

- Mode of Exam: Examination will be commenced via online (CBT) mode.
- Duration: Candidates will be given a maximum of 2 hours to solve the paper.

NIMCET 2025 Admit Card
NIMCET Admit Card 2025 will be issued to candidates in fourth week of May 2025. Eligible candidates will be able to download their admit card from the website through online mode. The hall ticket will be accessed by candidates through login using application number and password.
Candidates are hereby advised to preserve a printout of admit card till the entire process of admission gets completed. The admit card of NIMCET 2025 will have to be produced at the time of examination, counselling and admission.
NIMCET 2025 Answer Key
The provisional answer key/model solutions of NIMCET 2025 will be made available to candidates in second week of June 2025. Candidates will have to download the NIMCET Answer Key 2025 through online mode from the website.
Candidates will be given an opportunity to raise objections against provisional answer key by depositing a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/- per question. Once all the objections against answer key get examined, the authority will publish the final answer key of NIMCET 2025.
NIMCET 2025 Result
NIMCET Result 2025 will be published tentatively in fourth week of June 2025 through online mode. Qualified candidates will get an email related to declaration of result/rank card containing the link to website.
Those candidates who satisfy the qualifying criteria will be awarded a rank in NIMCET rank card 2025. According to their result and rank obtained in entrance exam, candidates will be called for counselling process.
NIMCET 2025 Cut Off
The NIMCET 2025 Cut Off will be published by authority through online mode. To get selected for admission, candidates will need to obtain equal to more than the cut-off marks prescribed by the authority.
