The NIMIMS Management Aptitude Test, NMAT by GMAC, is conducted in different slots in a year. The exam will be conducted in two modes: at the Test Centre and as an online proctored exam at home within India. For the session 2025, the NMAT 2025 will be held from 5th November to 19th December 2025.

NMAT 2025 Application Form

Below are the details on the NMAT registration form filling process:

• NMAT 2025 registration portal will be activated from 1st August 2025.
• Applications can be submitted in online mode. 
• Candidates can take the exam a maximum of three times – first attempt + a maximum of two retake attempts.
• An active email ID will be required to make an NMAT account and fill the application.
• There will be no NMAT 2025 registration form correction facility.  
• NMAT registration link will be deactivated on 10th October 2025. 
• To be eligible for NMAT 2025 you have to fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid down by the authority. 
•  After filling the application, make sure to take printouts for further use.

• Online is the medium through which NMAT 2025 application fees can be paid. 
• The registration fee is Rs. 3000/- plus applicable taxes.
• For the Retake exam, candidates have to pay Rs.3000/-.
• Candidates for the rescheduling exam have to pay Rs. 1200/-.
• Candidates can pay fees through Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Debit card/Internet banking/Diners Club.
• Application fee is non-refundable.

NMAT 2025 Registration Documents:

Photograph:

• Recent picture is required and it should not be more than 6 months old.
• Photo will be one of these JPG, PNG, GIF formats.
• Picture should not be uploaded in landscaped or rotated pictures.
• The size will not exceed 1 MB.
• Photo should have either a white or lightly colored background.
• Both eyes will be open and expression should be neutral.
• Face should be visible, straight, and at the center along with the shoulder top being visible. 
• Candidates’ Facebook photos or photos not meeting the specified size requirements will not be accepted.
• Photos with a dark color background are not acceptable.

NMAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: To be eligible to sit for the admission test, candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in any major from a recognized university.
• Percentage: Candidates must achieve a minimum of 50% marks in their qualifying exam to be eligible to apply for the exam.
• Age Limit: There is no maximum age limit to apply for NMAT 2025.
• Appearing: The last semester candidates of their qualifying degree are also eligible to apply for the test.

• Choose the first link on the webpage. 
• Tap the “Register for NMAT by GMAC” option.

• Enter your basic details and create login credentials. 
• Login with the generated ID and password. 
• Fill out the application form. 
• Upload the scanned documents. 
• Pay the NMAT online registration fees. 
• Click on the “submit & proceed” option.
