Odisha Joint Entrance Exam (OJEE) is a state level entrance exam conducted for providing admission in various UG & PG level courses in various fields. This exam is conducted every year by Odisha Joint Entrance Exam Board (OJEEB). OJEE 2025 Application Form
Candidates must read carefully all instructions to fill application form of OJEE 2025:
- OJEE 2025 Application Form will be made available through online mode, no offline method will be provided.
- Candidates will be able to fill registration form in fourth week of January 2025.
- Before filling the application form, candidates must ensure to fulfil basic eligibility requirements.
- The application form will be filled with details like personal, educational, communication details etc.
- Upload a scanned image of candidate’s photograph and signature in prescribed format.
- The candidates must fill their form carefully and correctly to avoid rejection of the form.
- The authority will provide the correction facility to the candidates to make changes in form after submission.
- Application form of OJEE 2025 will be submitted till third week of March 2025 as it will be the last date to apply.
- Candidates must retain a pinout of confirmation of filled in application form for future references.
Application Fee:
- OJEE 2025 application fee will be paid via online mode only.
- Candidates will have to make payment of fee using debit card/credit card/net banking etc.
- The application fee of OJEE 2025 will be non-refundable, once paid.

How to Apply for OJEE 2025

- Step-2: Go to registration page by clicking on “Fresh Candidate Registration”.
- Step-3: Generate a registration number and create password.
- Step-4: Fill in details like personal, qualification, contact details in application form.
- Step-5: Upload necessary images like photograph, signature prescribed size.
- Step-6: Preview the form and then click on “Submit” button.
- Step-7: Select the payment gateways and pay online application fee.
- Step-8: At last, take a printout of filled application for future uses.
OJEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfil the following details regarding OJEE Eligibility Criteria 2025:
For B.Tech Course:
- Qualification: Candidates must have passed class 12th examination from any recognised board.
- Subjects: It will be mandatory to have Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ IT/ Biology/ Information Practices etc in qualifying examination.
For MBA Course:
- Qualification: One must have completed their bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years from any recognised university.
- Marks: A minimum of 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved category) will be required to be eligible.
For MCA Course:
- Qualification: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in computer application/ computer science/engineering or equivalent from any recognised university.
- Marks: In qualifying examination, candidates must obtain at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved category).
OJEE 2025 Exam Pattern

- Exam Mode: Exam will be conducted via online mode (CBT).
- Type of Questions: There will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in question paper.
- Duration: The exam will be of 1 hour or 2 hours for various courses.
- Medium: The medium of examination will be English medium.
- Marking Scheme: For each correct option, +4 marks will be awarded and for every wrong answer –1 mark will be deducted.

OJEE 2025 Admit Card
The admit card will be made available to candidates a few days before the date of exam. The OJEE Admit Card 2025 will be made available through online mode. Candidates will be able to download hall ticket in fourth week of April 2025.
Candidates must retain a downloaded copy of admit card with them to be produced at the time of examination and counselling. The admit card will contain information like name, exam venue, date & time of exam, gender, date of birth, general instructions etc.
OJEE 2025 Answer Key
OJEE Answer Key 2025 will be released through online mode after the completion of exam. The authority will publish an answer key so that candidates will be able to calculate their probable scores with help of it.
In case, candidates will not be satisfied with answer key, they will be able to challenge for the same by paying a processing fee. The subject expertise will examine challenges and based on which final answer key will be prepared.
OJEE 2025 Result
The OJEE 2025 Result will be announced by authority in second week of May 2025. It will be made available to candidates through online mode by authority in form of a merit list/rank card.
It will be accessed via login process by entering registration number and password on the website. The rank card of OJEE 2025 will consist of personal details, marks secured in entrance examination along with rank obtained.
OJEE 2025 Merit List
A merit list of eligible candidates will be published by authority through online mode on the website. On the basis of performance of candidates in OJEE 2025 entrance exam, a merit list of eligible candidates will be prepared for admission into various courses.
OJEE Merit list 2025 will be released separately for different courses and categories in PDF form. The merit list will include details like application number, name of candidates, scores obtained, category rank etc.
OJEE 2025 Cut Off
OJEE 2025 Cut Off consists of minimum qualifying marks that will be required by candidates in order to get selected for admission. The cut off of OJEE 2025 will be made available through online mode.
It is set by authority based on various factors such as scores obtained in entrance exam, number of candidates appearing for exam, difficulty level of exam, reservation criteria etc.

OJEE 2025 Counselling
OJEE Counselling 2025 will be organised in month of July 2025. All those candidates who get shortlisted in merit list will be called for participating in counselling process. The counselling process of OJEE 2025 will be commenced through online mode.
All participants will have to provide their choices of colleges and courses as per their preferences for seat allotment. Candidates will have to produce their necessary documents at the allotted institute during reporting time.
