SRMHCAT 2024 Application Form

- The University will offer admissions through two modes – EAM (Early admission mode) & RAM (Regular admission mode).
- The application process through Early admission mode begins from January/ February 2024.
- For RAM (regular admission mode), registration begins from June/ July 2024.
- Candidates can fill the application form through online mode.
- The seats for admission in various courses will be limited so candidates must make sure to apply on time.
- Students will be admitted on a first come first served basis to only those applicants who will successfully meet the admission criteria.
- While registering, students must make sure they fill complete details in the form correctly as no application will be accepted in case of any error.
- Take print of the filled application form and keep it for any further use.
Application Fee:
- Application fee can be submitted through online/ offline mode.
- Candidates are required to pay application fee of Rs.1100/-.

How to Register for SRMHCAT 2024
To apply for SRMHCAT 2024, students are required to go through below given instructions to fill the application form:

- Now you are required to register yourself by providing some necessary details.
- Enter details – name, email, mobile number, state, city, course, specialization, etc.
- Now candidates will be provided with login credentials using which they can fill the application form.
- Login using the provided details and enter other details as asked in the form. Re-verify the details before submission.
- Upload scanned images of required documents.
- Pay the application fee through the payment gateways provided.
- Print the application form.
SRMHCAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Know about SRMHCAT Eligibility Criteria for various UG/ PG courses:
For B.Tech (CSE):
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 exam or its equivalent from a recognized university/ institution.
- Students must have passed qualifying exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one among Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ CS/ IT/ Informatics Practices/ Engineering Graphics/ Agriculture/ Technical Vocational subject/ Engineering Graphics/ Agriculture/ Business studies.
- Students must have obtained at least of 50% marks in the above subjects taken together in qualifying exam.
For MBA:
- Applying candidate must have bachelor’s degree (3 years duration) from a recognized university/ institution.
- Candidate must have obtained atleast of 50% in qualifying exam and qualifying SRMHCAT or CAT or MAT or CMAT or NMAT and Interview.
For BCA:
- Applying candidates must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent exam with 50% marks with English as one of the subjects from a recognized board or university OR
- 3 years diploma course conducted by State Board of Technical Education or any other exam after SSC (10th) recognized by SBTE with minimum aggregate of 50% marks as equivalent thereto.
SRMHCAT 2024 Exam Pattern
Here, we have provided the details regarding the SRMHCAT Exam pattern:
- Exam mode: It will be conducted in online CBT mode.
- Type of Questions: There will be MCQs (Multiple choice questions) in the exam.
- Time: Students taking the exam will be provided 90 minutes of duration for paper.
- Number of Questions: There will be total 100 questions in the paper.
- Marking scheme: For every correct answer, 3 marks will be awarded. For every incorrect response, 1 mark will be deducted.
- Medium of Paper: The exam will be available in English language.

SRMHCAT 2024 Admit Card
To download SRMHCAT admit card 2024, candidates have to login online on the website. Only the successfully registered candidates will be able to download the admit cards. After downloading it, the candidates must read complete exam instructions mentioned on it.
In the month of July 2024, the link will be operative for accessing the admit cards. Students will be also informed through mail or SMS regarding publication of hall tickets.
SRMHCAT 2024 Result
SRMHCAT Result 2024 will be made available after few days of successful conclusion of exams. Students are required to enter their login id and password to check their results. Also, scorecards will be available for downloading after result declaration.
In the month of July/ august 2024, results will be published on the website. The names of such students will be mentioned in the merit list who will successfully qualify the exam. They will be considered eligible for further participation in admission process.
SRMHCAT 2024 Counselling
After results will be declared, SRMHCAT Counselling 2024 process will get started. It will begin in the month of August 2024 through online/ offline mode. Students must be present at the counselling venues as per the schedule intimated to them.
