Applicants must go through the eligibility criteria of TANCET before applying:

MBA Programme:

• Qualifying level: Students should have passed Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years duration) from a recognised board or university.
• Qualifying marks: Candidate should have obtained atleast 50% marks (45% in case of BC, MBC, SC, BCM, SCA and ST candidates) belonging to Tamil nadu.
  (a) 10+2+3/ 4/ 5 years pattern OR
  (b) 10+3 years diploma +2/3 yrs pattern OR
  (c) (i) 10+2+AMIE + 2 years experience OR
  (ii) 10+3 yrs diploma (awarded by the State Board of Technical Education) +AMIE + 2 yrs of experience.

MCA Programme:

• Qualifying level: Students should have passed Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years duration) in BCA or B.sc (IT/ CS or equivalent) with Mathematics at 10+2 level/ Graduation level from a recognised board or university.
• Qualifying marks: Candidate should have obtained atleast 50% marks (45% in case of BC, MBC, SC, BCM, SCA and ST candidates) belonging to Tamil nadu.
  (a) 10+2+3/4/5 years pattern OR
  (b) 10+3 years diploma +2/3 yrs pattern OR
  (c) (i) 10+2+AMIE + 2 years experience OR
  (ii) 10+3 yrs diploma (awarded by the State Board of Technical Education) +AMIE + 2 yrs of experience
