No entrance exam is organised for offering admissions in the Engineering colleges of the state. The candidates can get admission on the basis of class 12th percentage. On the basis of rank allotted by the university, the admission is offered to the eligible candidates.

Admission Dates for Engineering:
For engineering, the notification for online registration form has been released on 7th May 2025. Candidates are able to fill the TNEA application form from 7th May 2025 through online mode.
The last date to fill TNEA 2025 application form will be till 6th June 2025. Candidates are allowed to upload their documents till 9th June 2025.
The university has assigned the random number to those candidates who will submit their application form within stipulated time. The random number has been allotted on 11th June 2025. Candidates will have to visit the TFC’s center for certification verification from 10th to 20th June 2025.

After successful certification verification, the university will publish a TNEA rank list 2025 on 27th June 2025 on the basis of the candidate’s 12th percentage. The certificate verification/ counselling will be started in the fourth week of July 2025 for special category candidates.
The TNEA counselling 2025 will be started in fourth week of July 2025 for general special reservation category candidates. The general counselling will be organized in fourth week of September 2025, tentatively.
TNEA 2025 Application Form
Candidates must read the following information related to TNEA 2025 Application Form:
- TNEA 2025 Application form has been released through online mode.
- The application form has been started from 7th May 2025.
- The last date to submit the application form is till 6th June 2025.
- All the details should be filled correctly in the application form.
- Candidates must have to upload the scanned images of their signature and the photograph while filling the application form.
- The correction facility may not be provided, so candidates are instructed to fill all the details with care.
- Do not send the printout of the application form to the authority.
- The candidates will have to pay the application fee through credit card/ debit card/Internet Banking.
Candidates must go through the prospectus carefully which will be released by the authority.
