UGAT 2025 Application Form

- AIMA will release the UGAT 2025 application form from the first week of January 2025.
- Candidates will be able to submit and fill the application form through online mode, no other offline method will be provided to the candidates.
- It will be mandatory to fulfill the eligibility criteria from below before heading towards filling the form.
- Applicants will have to start with the registration procedure by entering the basis details in the form.
- Fill the application form with details such as qualification details, communication details, personal information, etc.
- After filling the form, upload the requisite documents such as photograph and signature in prescribed format.
- While filing the form, candidates must be careful as there will be no correction facility provided to make changes.
- UGAT 2025 application form will be available till the first week of June 2025 as it will be last date to apply.

Application Fee:
- Application fee will be submitted using both online as well as offline method.
- For online mode, debit card/ credit card or net banking facility will be available.
- Candidates will have to submit Rs. 750/- as a application fee for all category.
- For offline fee submission, it will be received through Demand Draft in favour of “All India Management Association” payable at New Delhi.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
UGAT 2025 Admit Card
UGAT 2025 Admit card will be released in the first week of June 2025. By visiting the website of AIMS, candidates will be able to download the admit card. It will be downloaded through online mode only. Login credentials such as email ID and password will be required to access the hall ticket.
Details such as name, roll number, exam date, time, venue, address, photograph, signature, etc. will be present in the admit card. Candidates are advised to keep the hardcopy of it safe as it will be required at the time of exam. Candidates without a valid admit card will not be able to appear in the exam.
UGAT 2025 Answer Key
All India Management Association (AIMA) will not release any UGAT 2025 answer key through online mode. However, several unofficial (Institutional) answer key will be released by various institutes. Appeared candidates in the entrance exam will be able to check those unofficial keys through online mode on the website.
With the help of answer key, candidates will be able to calculate their estimated scores in the exam. there will be no facility provided to raise an objection against the unofficial answer key.
UGAT 2025 Result
The result of UGAT 2025 will be announced in the first week of July 2025. The exam will be conducted in the second week of June 2025. Those appeared candidates in the examination will be able to download the result through online mode.
To download the result, candidates will have to enter the valid login credentials such as roll number and application form number in the given space. The scorecard of UGAT 2025 will include details such as candidate’s name, sectional as well as composite score and overall percentile. After downloading the scorecard candidates must take a hardcopy of it and keep it safe till admission.
UGAT 2025 Cut Off
The UGAT 2025 cut off will be released after few days the declaration of result by All India Management Association (AIMA). It will be published through online mode on the authority’s website. Those candidates who will secure a minimum cut off marks will be eligible for further admission process.
Each participating university/ institute will release UGAT cut off marks individually on their respective websites. It will be released separately for all categories candidates. on the basis of the cut off marks, applicants will be called to participate in the further admission procedure.
UGAT 2025 Counselling/ Admission
There will be no centralized UGAT 2025 counselling organized by AIMA for shortlisted candidates. Each participating institutes/ universities will organize a separate counselling procedure. candidates will be participating in the counselling session on the basis of the cut off marks.
Those selected candidates will need to reach at the allotted institute for further admission procedure. there will be various rounds in selection procedure such as filing of registration form, GD/ PI rounds, documents verification rounds, etc. For verification procedure, candidates will also have to bring some of the original documents at the center.
