Uttarakhand Nursing 2023 Allotment Letter (3rd Round) has been released. HNBUMU conducts the entrance exam of UK Nursing every year. This is a state level nursing exam which is conducted to offer admission into B.Sc. Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc., M.Sc. Nursing, GNM and ANM programmes. Candidates need to qualify this entrance test to get admission in various government and private institutions located in the state of Uttarakhand. UK Nursing Exam 2023 Counselling is organised by the University through online mode. The counselling process is organised in three rounds. Candidates who have qualified the examination and selected in the merit list are able to participate for the Counselling process.
To participate in the counselling process candidates have to register themselves first and pay the counselling fee. Seats have been allocated to candidates on the basis of rank secured in the entrance test. Also, candidates need to submit their certificates for the document verification process of counselling.

UK Nursing Exam 2023 Merit List
After the declaration of UK Nursing 2023 Results, the merit list is released through online on the website. The board has declared the provisional result on 14th July 2023.
Only those candidates those have obtained the minimum qualifying marks in the entrance exam has been shortlisted in the merit list. Selected candidates have called for counselling process from 26th August 2023.
UK Nursing Exam 2023 Counselling Procedure
Candidates can check below the counselling procedure of UK Nursing Exam 2023:
Registration and payment of Counselling fee:
Firstly, candidates who have selected in the merit list released by the University need to register for counselling process by online mode. To participate in the counselling process candidates need to pay counselling fee of Rs. 800 through online mode.
Fill Preference of Course:
After the registration, candidates must have to choose their preferred choice of course and college as provided on the online portal. Candidates after filling their choices will also have to lock them.
Round I Counselling:
On the basis of merit list, candidates have been selected for the first round of counselling. Candidates have then allotted seats as per their choices. Round I has been started. Provisional seat allotment has been released on 11th September 2023.
Round II Counselling:
Counselling has been started from 3rd October 2023 for second round. Candidates who have left out after the first round of counselling have allotted seats in the second round in case seats are left vacant.
The left vacant seats will be filled in the order of merit. Counselling result will be released on 12th October 2023 for round second.
Counselling for mop-up round will be started from October 2023. Choice filling will be done till October 2023. Result for the mop-up round will be released in October 2023.
Reporting and Document verification:
Candidates those will successfully allotted seats must have to report at the allotted institutions within the given time period. Also candidates will have to carry their required documents/testimonials for the document verification process.
