As the CUET UG 2025 examination approaches, and with the ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan, aspirants are very worried about the conduct of the examination.
The current situation of the India-Pakistan conflict due to the recent attack in Pahalgam is raising concerns among candidates, especially since the NTA had previously delayed the exam.
CUET 2025, which was initially scheduled to begin on 8th May, is now going to take place from 13th May to 3rd June. With only four days left for the exam to begin, the admit card is still not released.
Aspirants are usually stressed due to pre-exam pressure, but this time, the ongoing geopolitical tensions along with the silence from authorities have added to their anxiety.
NTA will be conducting the CUET UG 2025 examination in 300 cities across India and abroad. During the application process, candidates were required to select four preferred exam cities.
However, after the recent release of the CUET city intimation slip, several candidates have reported being allotted exam centers located as far as 400 kilometers from their residence, some even in cities they hadn’t selected or had listed as their fourth preference.
With such discrepancies in city allotment, candidates are now demanding clarity from the authorities regarding the release of the CUET admit card.
