Amrapali Group of institutes, Haldwani
The Amrapali Group of institutes was founded in the year of 1999 under the aegis of the Modern Academy Society. The Institution is affiliated to the Uttarakhand technical University. It is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The group is constituted with four colleges like Institute of Technology & Sciences (AITS), Institute of Management & Computer Applications (AIMCA), Institute of Hospitality Management (AIHM) and Institute of Applied Sciences (AIAS).
Campus
The campus is situated in a friendly environment that is spread over 19 acres. The Institution is located in the lap of the Himalayas at a distance of 38 km from Nainital. The campus is well connected with road, rail and air. For reaching the Institution, the buses, autos and taxies are easily provided in the Haldwani.
Facilities
The Institution has a well stocked library with 80,000 books , 2119 titles, 90123 volumes, 219 print journals, Indian and foreign text and reference books. There is a computer centre that provides computing facilities that is consist of the latest machines linked with software, communication and print services. There is also a facility of classrooms, laboratories, medical facilities, sports facilities, cafeteria, conference rooms and seminar halls (well-equipped with advance presentation tools). The Institution has separate hostel facilities for Men and Women. The hostel has indoor games, gym, TV and other hobby facilities.
