Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College & Hospital, Gaya
Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College & Hospital (ANMMCH) is the prestigious government medical institution and hospital of Gaya established in the year 1969. It is an autonomous institution and recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI). Currently, the institution runs 18 departments with the support of its dedicated faculties and staff. Besides, the hospital is working with the assistance of highly qualified doctors and devoted nurses.
Campus
The college has a campus area of around 43.85 acres and is located in historical city Gaya of Bihar. The campus houses the main administrative block, academic block, hospital and residential building. It is well-linked up by all modes of transportation and taxi services is available from bus stand, railway station and airport.
Facilities
The well-established infrastructure of college provides several facilities that include 2 girls and 3 boys’ hostels that are fully furnished, hi-tech lecture halls equipped with latest learning aids, central library contains the medical books, laboratories of various departments, museums, hospital and an auditorium. The campus also facilitates indoor and outdoor games for the physical development of students, guest houses for faculty and staff members. Programmes
The institution offers MBBS course to the eligible candidates. The duration of the course is 41/2 years academic education and 1 year compulsory rotating internship. The institution has an intake of 50 students annually for the fresh batch of MBBS. It also regulates paramedical courses in nursing approved by Nursing Council of India (NCI).
