Guru Teg Bahadur Institute of Technology, Delhi

Guru Teg Bahadur Institute of Technology, (GTBIT) Delhi was established in the year 1999 by Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC). The committee is running a large number of educational institutes in Delhi and also carrying out many social and religious activities. The GTBIT is approved by AICTE New Delhi and affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi.

Campus:

The college is located at Rajouri Garden, in New Delhi. The college is having good infrastructure with five major buildings and state of the art laboratories, workshops, and a conductive environment for focused learning.

Programmes:

GTBIT Delhi, offers graduate engineering programs in two shifts, in the morning shifts four engineering programs are carried out with the total intake capacity of 420 students. The evening shift includes 3 courses with an intake capacity of 60 students per branch. Read More>>

The college has good infrastructure with well equipped labs and workshops, spacious and ventilated classrooms, state of the art computing facilities with 8 state of the art labs with WI-FI connectivity and well equipped hardware and software, well equipped library with good collection of books and journals. The college also provides separate hostel facility for boys and girls, sports facility, canteen and mess facility, transport facility etc.

Activities:

The colleges organize various activities round the year some of which include Sports Event, Social and Cultural events, Tech Fest, Quiz competition etc.

Placement:

The Training and Placement cell of GTBIT Delhi is headed by senior faculty which coordinates and manages all the training and placement related activities. The cell organizes industrial visits and summer training programs so that the students can get good practical exposure. The training and placement conducts guest lectures, workshops, group discussions, seminars, aptitude tests, soft skill programs, career guidance and pre-placement talks for the all round personality development of the students.
