SNDT Womens University, Mumbai
The SNDT Womens University (SNDTWU) is established in the year of 1916 and it is the first Women’s university in India as well as in South-East Asia. This university is founded by Maharshi Dr. Dhondo Keshav Karve. It is approved by University Grants Commission. The University has affiliated colleges in Assam, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Surat and Goa. The University offers various courses in the field of management, law, pharmacy, etc.
