Women’s Polytechnic – Hapania, Tripura

Women’s Polytechnic, Hapania is the first polytechnic institute that promotes technical education to the women of Tripura. The college is situated in west Tripura. The college has the objective to promote women empowerment in the fields of technical education. Previously, the college is affiliated with the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WBSCTE). At present, Women’s Polytechnic-Hapania, Tripura is affiliated to the Tripura University.

Campus

The college is located 1 km away from Amtali Bazar and about 9 kms away from the capital city Agartala. The lush green campus of the college covers the area of 8 acres land and consists of academic block, administrative block, training and placement cell.

Facilities

The college provides the space for sports activities that include both outdoor and indoor games. Laboratories of all departments are well equipped with the modern equipments. The college houses the well stocked library, canteen and mess facility, transport facility, 24 hours medical facility and ambulance availability for emergency.
