Tripura Board of Secondary Education was established in 1973 by an Act (Tripura Act. No.12) and works under the guidelines of State Government of Tripura. The board started its work on the 1st of January, 1976. It conducts the matric and intermediate board examination for the students of Tripura state.

Tripura Board HSLC 2026 Schedule has been released on 12th November 2025 for the exams. It will be held in a single term for upcoming session.
