• FMGE 2026 application form has been released on 21st April 2026 for June session & for December session, it will be released in November 2026. 
• Candidates can submit the application form through online mode, no offline method is available. 
• To avoid rejection, candidates must satisfy the eligibility criteria carefully. 
• One will have to start with the registration procedure by entering the details such as name, date of birth, nationality, mobile number & Email Address, etc. validate the details to fill form. 
• Fill the form with details such as personal, academic qualifications, communication & other required information. 
• In case of any mistake made in application form, candidates can correct those mistakes during the edit window from 16th to 18th May 2026. 
• The deadline to submit the  FMGE 2026 application form will be till 11th May 2026.

FMGE 2026 Application Correction 

The correction facility in FMGE 2026 will be provided through online mode. Option of editing certain information entered in the application form will be available to the candidates during edit facility. Edit window will be live from 16th to 18th May 2026 for June session & from December 2026 for December session. 

During the correction window, candidates will be able to change any documents or information except Name, date of birth, Nationality, mobile number & email ID. Moreover, NBE will also provide the option of a final edit window to rectify any errors in images or documents uploaded from 21st May to 10th June 2026. Candidates are suggested to be done with the edit window before the deadline, as there will be no further edit facility permissible. 

FMGE 2026 Eligibility Criteria 

Before applying for exam, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility norms: 

• Nationality: Candidates must be an Indian citizen or an overseas citizen of India to apply. 
• Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must have a primary medical qualification confirmed by the Indian Embassy to be recognized for enrollment as a medical practitioner in the country. 
• Other Qualifications: There is a country-based exemption to candidates who have completed their medical degree form Australia/ Canada/ New Zealand/ United Kingdom/ United States of America will not be required to appear for FMGE Screeing Test and have directly registered with MCI or SMC for the certificate.

How to Apply for FMGE 2026

• On the homepage, press “FMGE 2026 Registration” link.
