AIBE (XIX) 2024 Application Form

Here candidates can check complete details about the AIBE (XIX) 2024 Application Form with instructions:

  • Application form will be released through online mode only, any offline facility will not be provided to fill the form.
  • Students must fill the application form from second week of December 2024.
  • Fill correct details carefully in the AIBE registration form including personal, academic, address etc.
  • Candidates must provide their enrolment number issued by the any state bar council.
  • Upload documents in the specific format like photograph and signature.
  • Aspirants are advised to fill details carefully in the application form, no correction facility will be provided later.
  • Candidates will be able to fill registration form till third week of January 2025.
  • Do not forget to take printout of the filled application form and keep it safe for future references.

Application Fee:

  • Candidates will need to pay application fee through offline mode. No application fee will be accepted through online mode.
  • Offline payment will be done through SBI challan.
  • Fee will be non-refundable once paid.

How to Apply for AIBE 2024

  • Step 1: Visit the official website (link will be given above).
  • Step 2: Register yourself by providing basic details i.e. name, email ID, mobile number etc.
  • Step 3: Sign up using login details and fill the application form.
  • Step 4: Enter course details, educational details, address, contact details etc.
  • Step 5: After filling all information in application form submit it by clicking on submit button.
  • Step 6: Upload photograph and signature in the specific size and format.
  • Step 7: Pay the application fee through bank challan.
  • Step 8: Take multiple printout of the filled application form and keep it safe for future references.

AIBE 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants must check the given eligibility criteria before applying for AIBE (XIX) 2024:

  • Nationality: Candidates should be an Indian citizen to be eligible for exam.
  • Age Limit: There is no specific age limit criteria to be eligible for AIBE exam.
  • Qualifications: Candidates must have passed 3 or 5 years of bachelors degree in law from any recognised institute/ university.

  • Exam Mode: AIBE examination will be conducted through offline or paper-based mode.
  • Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be asked in the examination.
  • Duration: Total 3 hours will be provided to solve the question paper.
  • Number of Questions: 100 questions will be available in the question paper.

AIBE (19) 2024 Syllabus

AIBE (XIX) syllabus will be prepared based on the various topics related to the law. Syllabus will include topics i.e. intellectual property of laws, IPC, law of contract, law of tort, cyber law, law related to taxation, labour and industrial law, family law, evidence act, company law, constitutional law etc.

AIBE (19) 2024 Admit Card

Admit card will be released in first week of February 2025 for AIBE (XIX) 2024. Candidates will be able to download their AIBE admit card via online mode using login details. No changes will be accepted on the admit card, in case of any incorrect information.

Candidates are advised to bring a valid admit card with one photo identity proof on the day of exam. Admit card will include details i.e. name of the candidate, exam venue, exam date and time, roll number, application number etc. Take printout of the admit card and keep it safe for future references.

Candidates will be allowed to bring bare acts in examination centre without notes. Without a valid admit card candidates will not be allowed to enter in the examination hall.

AIBE 2024 Answer Key

Authority will release AIBE answer key on the website after few days of the exam. AIBE answer key will be released in the first/ second week of February 2025. Answer will have correct answers of the questions asked in the examination. Through this, candidates can get an estimate idea about the marks scored by them in the exam.

Candidates will be able to download in the PDF format. In case of any mistake, candidates will be able to file objections against the key. Final answer key will be released after submitting all the objections.

AIBE 2024 Result

AIBE (XIX) Result will be announced through online mode. Aspirants can get their results via application number and date of birth. Candidates who have appeared in the examination will only be able to check their results. successfully qualified candidates will be selected for further admission procedure.

Result will be declared in the month of March 2025. Result will have details i.e. name of the candidate, enrolment number, rill number, photograph and signature of the candidates. Candidates must keep a hardcopy of the result for future references. Authority may also provide the result rechecking facility to the candidates.

AIBE 2024 Certificate

Exam qualified candidates will be able to get a ‘certificate of practice’. After qualifying the examination, candidates will be able to practice in any court all over the India. The Bar Council of India will provide the practice certificate. AIBE (XIX) certificate will be available through online mode.

Certificate of practice will mention the details i.e. name of the candidates enrollment number, enrollment date etc. Candidates who have not enrolled as an advocate, will not be able to get a practice certificate.
