AIBE 2025 Application Form

Here we have mentioned the general guidelines related to AIBE 2025 Application form.

  • The AIBE (XX) 2025 Application form will tentatively be made available in third week of August 2025.
  • The registration form will be filled by eligible candidates through online mode from the website.
  • Candidates will be allowed to appear for exam only after fulfilment of eligibility criteria.
  • Fill in application form with details like personal, educational qualification and communication details.
  • The last date to make corrections in application form will be till second week of October 2025.
  • All the required documents such as photographs and signatures of candidates must be uploaded in prescribed size and format.
  • The submission of an online application form will be possible till fourth week of June 2025.
  • Candidates must ensure to keep a hardcopy of filled application form for future needs.

Application Fee:

  • Candidates will have to submit AIBE 2025 Application Fee through offline mode only.
  • Application fee will be deposited through SBI Challan only. No payment through any other modes will be accepted.
  • Candidates must note that fee once paid will be non-refundable in any case.

How to Apply for AIBE 2025 

These are the step by step procedures to apply for AIBE 2025:

  • Step-1: Go to the authority’s website (link will be given above).
  • Step-2: Provide communicational details like name, Email ID, mobile number to complete the registration process.
  • Step-3: Login to website and fill out the application form.
  • Step-4: To fill the application form, enter details like personal details, course details, address etc.
  • Step-5: Review the details and submit the application form.
  • Step-6: pay the prescribed application fee through SBI Challan.
  • Step-7: Do not forget to take multiple printouts of filled application forms.

AIBE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy the given AIBE Eligibility Criteria 2025 from the table below:

  • Nationality: Candidates must have an Indian Citizenship.
  • Qualifications: Candidates must hold a 3/5 years bachelor’s degree in Law from any recognised institute/university. 
  • Bar Council Registration: Applying candidates must be registered with BCI as an advocate to be eligible to apply.

AIBE 2025 Exam Pattern

Candidates must go through the given AIBE Exam Pattern 2025:

  • Mode of Exam: The exam will be commenced via offline (PBT) mode.
  • Duration of Exam: Candidates will have to solve a paper in 3 hours.
  • Type of Question: Candidates will be asked Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in the entrance exam.
  • Total Questions: A total of 100 questions will be asked in exam.
  • Total Marks: The question paper will carry a total of 100 marks.
  • Marking Scheme:In the exam, 1 mark will be added for each correct answer.
  • Negative Marking: No negative marking will be done for wrong responses.

AIBE 2025 Admit Card

The Bar Council of India will issue the admit cards of AIBE 2025 through online mode. Candidates will be able to download the admit card from the website in  fourth week of October 2025, tentatively. 

AIBE Admit card 2025 is a mandatory document candidates will need to appear for examination. The hall ticket of AIBE 2025 will consist of details like name, exam centre venue, date & timer, general instructions and many more.

AIBE 2025 Answer Key

AIBE Answer Key 2025 will be published by authority for various sets through online mode. The authority will release it on their website a few days before the declaration of result. In case of any discrepancies found in answer key of AIBE, candidates will be able to raise objections against it.

Based on the objections raised, a final answer key will be released. Candidates will be able to estimate their tentative scores with the help of AIB 2025 answer key and final result will also be prepared on the basis of final answer key.

AIBE 2025 Result

The final result of AIBE 2025 will be prepared on the basis of candidate’s performance in entrance exam and the challenges raised by them against the answer key. The AIBE Result 2025 will be declared by authority in fourth week of October 2025.

Candidates will be able to check or download their result via login process by entering application number and password. The result of AIBE 2025 will be released for all those candidates who have successfully appeared for exam.

AIBE 2025 Cut Off

The cut off is the least possible marks that a candidate will need to qualify AIBE 2025 entrance exam. Candidates must secure marks more than or equal to higher than the cut off prescribed by authority. Candidates will be able to check the cut off of AIBE 2025 from the website through online mode.

The authority has set a minimum qualifying cut off of 45% for General/OBC category candidates and 40% for SC/ST and PWD category candidates. Candidates who fail to meet the AIBE Cut Off 2025 will not be given a “Certificate of Practice”.

AIBE 2025 Certificate

The Bar Council of India  will provide a “certificate of practice” to all the AIBE 2025 exam qualified candidates. Candidates who will receive a “certificate of practice” will be able to practice in any court all over India. This certificate will be issued to candidates through online mode. 

In the “certificate of practice”, details like name of candidates, enrollment number, enrollment date etc will be mentioned.Candidates will have to provide their law exam marksheet, law exam certificates, gap certificate
