AILET 2025 Application Form will be made available from the first week of August 2024 to candidates through online mode. AILET is an entrance exam for admission to various UG & PG level courses in field of Law. All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) exam is conducted at national level by the National Law University (NLU), Delhi  to offer admission in courses such as BA LLB, LLM, Ph.D. & PG Diploma. Every year, a number of eligible candidates are offered admission at NLU Delhi and its affiliated colleges. AILET 2025 Application Form

Candidates are advised to go through the important information and instructions carefully before filling the AILET 2025 Application Form.

• The online application form of AILET 2025 will be accessible by candidates via online mode in the first week of August 2024.
• Candidates will have to make sure that they are eligible and fulfills all the conditions prescribed for admission in a particular programme.
• Fill the online application form with details like personal, contact, academic qualification, nationality, centre choice details and other required information.
• Candidates must note that incomplete application form will be summarily rejected and no request will be entertained in this regard.
• While filling the registration form, candidates must upload their photograph and signature as per the specified instructions.
• Before submission of online application, candidates are requested to check their details entered in the form and make necessary corrections.
• If candidates submitted the incorrect details in the form, then they will have to delete the application form and fill it once again.
• The last date for filling the application form will be till second week of November 2024.
• After final submission, applicants must retain a copy of filled application form for future correspondence.

Application Fee:

• The AILET 2025 Application fee will be submitted through online mode only.
• Candidates will have to pay requisite application fee using any Debit Card/ Credit Card/ UPI and Net Banking etc payment gateways.
• The fee paid for online application will not be refundable, in any case.
• The registration fee will be Rs. 3500/- for General category, Rs. 1500/- for reserved category (ST/ SC/ PWD) and no fees for  BPL candidates of SC/ ST category.

AILET 2025 Application Correction

The starting of online application correction window will be in second week of November 2024. Applicants who submitted the incorrect details in the application form,  then they will have to delete the application form and fill it once again and submit the form. 

The correction in AILET 2025 application form will be made through online mode only. Candidates will be required to login to the portal to access the correction window. Candidates must note that correction in application form will be made for a limited period of time.

AILET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Applying candidates will have to fulfill the eligibility criteria before filling the AILET 2025 Application Form:

For BA LLB (Hons):

• Age Limit: There is no age limit prescribed for appearing in the AILET exam.
• Qualification: To be eligible, applicants must have passed 12th level or its equivalent exam from a recognized board or university.
• Marks: One must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved category) in the qualifying exam.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing for the 12th level will also be eligible to apply for the exam.

For LLM:

• Qualification: One must have passed LLB or its equivalent from a recognized board or university.
• Minimum marks: In the qualifying level, candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks (45% for ST/ SC/ PH category).
• Appearing: Those candidates who will be appearing in the final year of LLB degree in admission year will also be eligible to apply.

How to Apply for AILET 2025 

Applicants must follow these simple step by step procedures to apply for AILET 2025 exam:

• Go through the website of AILET (Link will be given above)
• Click on the “AILET 2025 Registration” link from the homepage.
• Now, register by entering basic and communicational details.
• Through OTP verification, login credentials will be generated and sent on the registered email ID and number.
• Login to the portal and fill the online application form with personal, qualification, communication, and other asked details in the form.
• Upload scanned images of candidate’s photograph and signature as per the size and format prescribed by the authority.
• Before submission of the application form, candidates must crosscheck all the details and make necessary corrections.
• Make payment of application fee by using online payment gateways.
• Click on the “Submit” button to proceed. 
• A confirmation page will be displayed on the screen. 
• Lastly, take the printout of the submitted application form for future needs.
