AILET 2026 Application Form

• AILET 2026 application form is releasing on 1st August 2025 on the website.
• Candidates will be able to complete the registration procedure via online mode, no offline method will be provided.
• Applying candidates have to make sure to fulfil all the conditions prescribed for admission.
• Online application form can be filled with detail such as personal, academic, qualification, centre choice details and other information.
• While filling the form, candidates must be careful as filling up of incorrect details may lead to rejection.
• It will be mandatory to upload their photograph and signature as per the given specification.
• In case candidates submitted the incorrect details in the form, then they will have to fill it once again after deleting the previous one.
• Candidates are advised to complete the registration procedure before the last date i.e. second week of November 2025.
• Review the details, submit it & do not forget to retain a copy of filled application form for further usage.

Application Fee:

• AILET 2026 application fee will be submitted via online mode only, no offline method will be available.
• Online facility such as Debit card/ Credit card/ UPI and Net Banking, etc will be available to submit the fee.
• In any case, registration fee will be non-refundable.
• Rs. 3500/- fee will be for General category, Rs. 1500/- for reserved category (ST/ SC/ PWD) & there will be no fee for BPL candidates of SC/ ST category.

AILET 2026 Application Correction

In case of any mistake made in application form of AILET 2026 while filling, then candidates will be able to make correction in it during edit window. Correction window will be opened from the second week of November 2025.

There will be online facility available to make correction in submitted form. Candidates will be required to login their account using generated credentials to access the edit window. Limited time will be given to the candidates to make correction in form.

AILET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must go through the eligibility criteria below before filling out the form:

For BA LLB (Hons):

• Qualification: Candidates must passed 12th level or its equivalent exam from a recognized board or university.
• Age Limit: There will be no age limit to apply for AILET 2026 exam.
• Marks: To be eligible for exam, candidates must score minimum 45% marks for general & 42% marks in case of OBC’s and 40% marks for SC/ST in qualifying exam.
• Appearing: Those appearing candidates in class 12th level exam will also be eligible to apply for exam.

For LLM:  

• Qualification: Aspirants must have passed LLB or its equivalent from a recognized board or university.
• Marks: In qualifying exam, candidates must obtain 55% marks for general & 50% marks for ST/ SC/ PH category.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in the final year of LLB degree in admission year will also be eligible to apply.
