UPCET (AKTU) 2026 Correction Window

AKTU/ UPTU 2026 application correction window will be opened after the conclusion of application period. Correction facility will be available for two to three days and will be conducted separately for CUET UG & PG courses. 

All the registered applicants will be able to modify their submitted forms using their login credentials, including application form, password on the portal. Corrections will be permitted in specific details only.

• Step-2: To register, click on “Apply Online” and enter details such as name, parents’ names, date of birth, gender, nationality, and Aadhar card number.
• Step-3: Validate your details through OTP & create passwords as instructed.
• Step-4: Note the generated application no. & click “Complete Application Form” tab.
• Step-5: Proceed to fill the application form with personal and qualification details.
• Step-6: Upload a scanned passport size photograph and signature in the given format.

• Step-8: Save & submit the details and take multiple printouts of the completed form for future reference.

AKTU /UPTU 2026 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech Course:

• Qualification: To apply for admission, candidates must have qualified 12th examination from any recognised board.
• Marks: In the qualifying exam, students must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST candidates) to apply.
• Subject: Candidates should pass 12th class with Physics Chemistry and Mathematics Subjects.
• Scores: Students must have valid JEE Main Scores to apply for admission.

For B.Arch Course:

• Qualification: One must have passed 12th level or equivalent examination from any recognised board to be eligible for admission.
• Subjects: Candidates should pass the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
• Marks: It is mandatory to score at least 50% marks in all subjects separately and in aggregate to apply.
• Scores: To apply for B.Arch course, students must have a valid scorecard of NATA exam.

For MBA Course:

• Qualification: Applying candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree of 3 year duration in any field.
• Marks: Students must score a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST category) in their graduation degree.

AKTU (UPCET) 2026 Admission Procedure 

AKTU /UPTU Admission 2026 is based on merit of previous qualifications or national-level exam scores such as CUET, NATA & JEE Main, for various UG & PG courses. Admission to B.Tech program at AKTU will be based on JEE Main rank followed by a counselling process.

The university provides admission into B.Des, B.Pharma, Pharm D, MBA (Integrated), MCA (Integrated), B.Tech Lateral, B Pharma Lateral, BHMCT, BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, MCA Lateral & other course through CUET UG & PG exam. For B.Arch course, candidates will need to qualify for NATA.

AKTU /UPTU 2026 Merit lIst 

After the conclusion of AKTU /UPTU 2026 registration, the authority will release a separate merit list via online mode for different courses. AKTU /UPTU Merit List 2026 will be prepared based on candidates’ scores in various national entrance exams. 

UPCET Result is not released since the entrance exam has been discontinued. The merit list will include names of all eligible candidates who meet the minimum qualifying criteria. Applicants who secure higher ranks in the merit list will be invited to participate in counselling and subsequent admission rounds.

AKTU /UPTU 2026 Cut Off

AKTU /UPCET Cut Off 2026 will be the minimum marks set by the authority to offer admission in various UG/ PG courses. The authority will publish the cut off via online mode separately for various national-level exams.

These cut off marks for AKTU/ UPTU 2026 will be decided based on several factors like number of students applying, past year’s cut off trends, seat availability, candidate’s scores in national entrance exams, reservation etc.

AKTU/UPTU 2026 Counselling/ Admission

Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC) will manage the AKTU /UPTU 2026 counselling process. Shortlisted students participating in counselling process, will have to go through multiple rounds including registration, choice filling, seat allotment, documents verification & fee payment.
