AP PGECET is a state level entrance test through which candidates get admission into ME/ M.Tech/ M.Pharm courses in universities, Engineering/Pharmacy colleges, and their affiliated colleges across Andhra Pradesh state.

AP PGECET Results 2026 

The university will release AP PGECET 2026 results through online mode on the website. There is no offline mode to check the result.

Candidates can check their results by entering their registration number & date of birth. The result displays the rank & marks secured by the candidates in the examination. Candidates should save it till the admission procedure is completed.

AP PGECET 2026 Cut Off is different for various courses. The cut off varies from institute to institute. AP PGECET cut off is provided by authority for different categories, including SC, ST, OBC and general candidates.

AP PGECET Rank Card 2026 is released through online mode. Candidates can download the rank card in May 2026. To download the rank card, students have to enter their hall ticket number & other required details.

AP PGECET Counselling 2025 will start in July/ August 2026. Based on the candidate’s rank in AP PGECET, students will be called for the counselling process. Counselling for GATE/ GPAT qualified candidates and AP PGECET qualifiers will be held separately.

AP PGECET Rank Card 2026

Candidates get their rank card after a declaration of the result. Rank card is downloadable through the website of conducting authority

Candidates get AP PGECET Rank Card by entering their hall ticket number, registration number & date of birth. Candidates have to save it for the further counselling process.

AP PGECET Qualifying Marks

The qualifying percentage marks for securing a rank is 25% in AP PGECET exam. It means candidates have to score 30 marks out of a total of 120. However, in the case of SC/ST candidates, there will be no minimum qualifying marks for ranking the candidates.

The rank secured with the benefit of minimum qualifying marks relaxation at the AP PGECET exam by any student claiming to belong to reserved category will be cancelled in case the claim is found invalid during admission.

AP PGECET 2026 Counselling

Once the result is declared, the authority will begin the registration process for the counselling procedure. AP PGECET Counselling is organised through online mode for the successfully qualified candidates. 

Aspirants obtaining a valid GATE and AP PGECET scores will be allotted seats on the basis of merit list, category, availability of seats, and preferences. During counselling and admission procedure, candidates will need to bring original and valid documents for verification. Without valid documents, aspirants will not be able to get admission to the university.
