APJEE 2024 (Diploma) Registration has been started from 6th March 2024. APJEE (Arunachal Pradesh Joint Entrance Exam) for diploma courses is organized every year. APSCTE which is an autonomous body under DTE, Govt. of AP conducts this state level entrance exam & online counselling. Students qualifying this exam and online counselling are provided admission in number of diploma courses in various Polytechnics located in the State. The exam is conducted at various designated centers and selection of students is done based on the merit of qualifying exam. APJEE 2024 Registration

• Online provisional registration for counselling/ documents uploading for APJEE has been started from 6th March 2024 & will continue till 20th May 2024.
• Candidates can register for counselling/ exam through online mode.
• Students must provide the necessary information during online registration.
• Also, the documents are required to be uploaded in prescribed format for verification of the details entered in application.
• Complete details in the form must be filled carefully and correctly as correction facility may not be provided later.
• The complete registration/ counselling process contains various steps like – Online registration, fee payment, document verification & registration finalisation, online choice filling, saving & locking choices, seat allotment, online reporting & personal reporting for final admission.

Registration fee & Seat distribution:

• The fee is non- refundable so students must ensure eligibility before confirming registration.
• Students will be able to make payment through various modes online.

APJEE 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• For students applying for diploma level courses, should have passed 10^th (12^th Science for diploma in pharmacy) or its equivalent from a recognised board or institution.
• He/ should have obtained minimum aggregate of 35% marks in the qualifying exam.
• He/ she should have passed Science & Mathematics in 10^th level for Engineering courses.
• The ones who are children of APST, children of non-APST employees of State Govt., Central Govt. & Central PSUs serving in AP and all others residing in AP for last 3 years or more and who have appeared/ passed the qualifying exam of X/ XII from any of schools within AP are eligible to apply.

• Exam mode: APJEE exam is conducted through online mode.
• Exam Centres: The online exam will be held at various centres situated in – Pasighat, Itanagar, Namsai, etc.
• Medium of Paper: The paper will be available in English.
• Questions Type: There will be multiple choice questions (MCQS).
• Time: 2 hours will be provided to complete the paper.

APJEE 2024 Syllabus

For APJEE (Diploma) 2024 exam, the syllabus will be set for entrance exam based on syllabus of 9th & 10th level. The topics in the syllabus will be from Science & Mathematics subject.

• Science: Matter- Its Nature and Behavior, Our Environment, Organization in the living world, Motion, Force and Work, Food: Food Production, Chemical Substances- Nature and Behavior, Natural Phenomena, Effects of Current, World of Living, Natural Resources, etc.
• Mathematics: Number system, Coordinate Geometry, Algebra, Mensuration, Constructions, Statistics and Probability, Areas, Quadrilaterals, Circles, etc.

APJEE FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions):

APJEE 2024 Admit Card

Only the registered candidates will be able to download APJEE Admit card through online mode. The admit card will be available 23rd May 2024 onwards. It is a mandatory document to be carried along with the id proof at the exam center.

The admit card will mention the important details and exam instructions of APJEE. In case candidate finds any discrepancy in admit card, he/ she must contact the authority before the exam date.

APJEE 2024 Result

The result of APJEE 2024 will be declared on 2nd June 2024. Students will be able to check or download rank card through online mode. APJEE result will be available in the PDF format.

The result of diploma (Mathematics/ Science) will mention the details of rank, roll number, name of appearing candidate, category and marks obtained. Those candidates securing positive marks will be eligible for counselling.

APJEE 2024 Counselling/ Admission

Qualified candidates can participate in the APJEE Counselling process. Along with the registration process, the counselling / document verification process will be started. Students must qualify the minimum qualification (mentioned above) to appear in the counselling process.

There will be two rounds in the counselling & admission process. These rounds will be followed by mop up rounds. Students are required to fill choices of institutes/ branches, etc. Allotment will be released after every round. Students must report at the counselling venues offline with their necessary documents.
