Previously Arunachal Pradesh State Council for Technical Education (APSCTE) used to conduct APJEE exam under the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Government of AP. From the year 2026 onwards, merit scores of 10th level are being considered for admission. The authority conducts the counseling/ admission process for which important details are released.

• APJEE 2026 Registration process has commenced on 24th April 2026.
• Students can access the application form via online mode only.
• Applicants are advised to meet the eligibility criteria before confirming their registration.
• Provide details like name, Gender, Category, qualification, personal details etc. to complete registration. 
• The authority will not facilitate any correction in application form after submission, so candidates must fill in accurate details only.
• The deadline for submission of APJEE 2026 application form is 30th May 2026.
• Applicants should keep a printout of the application form in safe custody for future references.

Application Fee & Seat Distribution:

• APJEE 2026 Application Fee can be paid through online mode only.
• Students have to pay application fee using debit card/ credit card or bill desk methods.
• It should be noted that registration fee is non-refundable, once deposited.

How to apply for APJEE 2026:

Through the given steps, students can apply for APJEE 2026:

• Step-1: Navigate the APJEE website (Direct Link is provided above).
• Step-2: From the homepage, click on “Fresh Online Registration” link.
• Step-3: Complete the registration process and verify your details using OTP.
• Step-4:Provide accurate personal & qualification details in the application form.
• Step-5: Upload all the necessary documents in given size and format.
• Step-6: Crosscheck the details and submit the application form.
• Step-7: Pay application fee as per the category using online gateways.
• Step-8: Once the application and payment process gets completed, print the confirmation page for future records.

APJEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Students must ensure to meet the given APJEE Eligibility Criteria 2026 before applying:

• Nationality/Domicile: All Indian nationals who are Children of Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST), Children of Non-APST employees working for State/Central/Central Public Sector in AP or individuals residing in AP for last 3 years or more.
• Qualification: Students must have completed 10th or (12th for Diploma in Pharmacy) from a government recognised board. 
• Subjects: Applicants should have passed 10th with English, Science and Mathematics as compulsory subjects for Engineering along viz viz. Civil Engg., Computer Science & Engg., Electrical Engg., Electrical & Electronics Engg., Mechanical Engg.

APJEE 2026 Merit List

The authority will release the merit list of APJEE 2026 in 5th June 2026 via online mode. Students are able to download PDF online from the website. 

APJEE Merit list 2026 includes details such as candidate’s rank, roll number, name, category and marks obtained in entrance exam. Applicants those will score the required scores will be eligible to participate in counselling rounds.

APJEE 2026 Cut Off

APJEE Cut Off 2026 is published via online mode, based on candidates’ performance in the entrance exam. Based on the candidates entrance exam scores, they are invited to participate in counselling sessions.

To qualify for counseling, candidates must exceed or score equal to the predetermined cut off marks. The authorities create a list of eligible candidates who will be eligible for participation in further stages.

APJEE 2026 Counselling

APJEE Counselling 2026 is organised via online mode, after the announcement of result in second week of June 2026. The entire admission process will consist of two rounds, followed by a Mop-up round. 

Candidates have to fill their choices of branches/institutes as per their preferences. Seats are assigned based on candidates’ merit, choice preferences and seat availability in their respective categories & institutes/branches.

After allotment, candidates must indicate their willingness online by selecting either to float or freeze their seats. Applicants selected for seats must report to the allotted center for document verification and issuance of final allotment order.
