  1. A train had got derailed while I was going to the exam centre, which was located very far away from my place. I got late by 2 hours, owing to the transport, which was not inmy control. I request NTA to consider my genuine grievance and take a Re-examination, as I have also sent them an email with the newspaper report of the train derailment and admit card also, as proof of the transport Disruption, that had prevented me from reaching the exam centre on time, on14th May, 2025 at 2:30 pm.

    1. If you have sent a grievance to NTA along with the proof, we really hope NTA considers your issue and gives you a chance for re-examination. However, to get an update regarding the mail, you can call the authority. Details regarding the helpdesk are available at one of the CUET 2025 website.

  2. Questions were mis-printed, the interface had a glitch which didn’t let me get to the next question easily and it got stuck for several seconds many times, i ignored it first as reacting to it will waste my time but it was very annoying and by the end of my test i lost several minutes not because of my fault but because of the incapable computer system

    1. Thank you for sharing your experience. What you have experienced is a technical issue, which has affected so many test-takers. You should mail NTA and explain the complete issue.

  3. I have to pay a lot of money to go to a center. My request is that the exam center be located nearby. It would be very convenient for me.

    1. This is a very genuine concern, as it adds financial pressure. You can write an email to NTA informing them about the problems you face to reach the exam center along with the travel cost details.

  4. My exam centre was at Manipur while my first preference was at Guwahati, Assam as I belong from Nagaon, Assam. I didn’t want to go to Manipur because of the war situation of India and Pakistan and there are a lot of things go on in Manipur like the Kuki Vs Meitei

    1. You are not alone, many candidates have said that they haven’t gotten their first preference. You should reach out to the NTA helpdesk and tell them about what you have been through.

  5. Hi
I faced a complete log out from the computer during my CUET test
I couldn’t move the mouse according to my comfort
If i move the mouse little too fast it logged me out from exam and i had to re enter my password which was set as my DOB and the invigilator didnt really help me out with that i dont remember the app name but it said ‘launch’ i pressed that launch which redirects me to the login page for exam
I faced this issue more than 10 times it wasted my time and also my flow during exams.
    Thank you

    1. This is a technical glitch that you have faced. You should acknowledge this to NTA. Call/write a mail to them acknowledging the difficulty that you faced. Make sure to attach your admit card and highlight your exam center and shift.
