Assam Polytechnic (PAT) 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Students can go through the eligible criteria of Assam PAT 2025 mentioned below:
- Nationality: Applying candidates must be the citizen Indian Citizen & permanent resident of Assam State.
- Qualification: Candidates must have passed H.S.L.C. or its equivalent examination from any recognized board.
- Subjects: In qualifying exam, students should have Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects.
- Marks: Applicants will be required to score minimum 40% marks for General and OBC category, 35% marks for SC category and 33% marks for ST category candidates.
- Age Limit: The minimum age limit is 16 years as on 31st December 2025. There is no maximum age limit.

Assam Polytechnic (PAT) 2025 Admit Card (Scrapped)
The admit card of Assam PAT 2025 will be released through online mode at the website of authority. Candidates will be able to download their admit card by using their login credentials such as application number and date of birth.
The hall tickets will be made available in the first week of July 2025. It will be a very important document for students to appear for exam. The hall ticket will contain details such as venue, roll number, photograph etc. Candidates must take a printout of admit card for further use.
Assam Polytechnic (PAT) 2025 Answer Key (Scrapped)
The Assam PAT answer key 2025 will be released through online mode. Candidates will be able to access the answer key in the fourth week of June 2025. It will be made available in the PDF format. The answer key will contain the correct answers of the questions asked in entrance exam.
Applicants will be able to predict their probable scores with the help of answer key. If any candidate finds an error in the answer key, they will be able to raise an objection against it by paying a Rs. 250/- per questions within a prescribed time period.
Assam Polytechnic (PAT) 2025 Result/Merit List
The Assam PAT result/merit list 2025 will be published in the month of June 2025. Candidates will be able to check their result by using their roll number and date of birth. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the qualifying exam.
The merit list will consist of candidates’ name, marks in qualifying exam, category and overall rank obtained by candidates. Students should also take a printout of their result as it will be required at the time of counselling procedure.
Assam Polytechnic (PAT) 2025 Cut Off
The Assam PAT cut off 2025 will be made available at the website of authority after declaration of merit list. The cut off marks will be a minimum qualifying mark to be eligible for counselling and seat allotment process.
It will be decided on the basis of various factors such as number of candidates appearing in exam, availability of seats and difficulty level of exam. The Assam PAT cut off mark will be different for different category candidates. Applicants will be eligible for counselling only when they successfully secure the cut off mark.
Assam Polytechnic (PAT) 2025 Counselling
The Assam PAT counselling 2025 will be organized through offline mode. Students who qualify the entrance exam will be eligible to participate in counselling procedure. The authority will publish the seat allotment list for each round of institutions and branches of students.
Candidates will need to submit the acceptance letter in a specified format to receive a final allotment of the institution and branch. The seat allotment will be based on the merit rank of students and choices opted for admission. Candidates who score higher rank in merit list will get higher preference at the time of seat allotment.
