Bihar Polytechnic 2024 Exam Pattern facilitates the candidates with exam details including question paper type, exam mode, marking system, time duration, etc. The Bihar Polytechnic exam is a state level entrance exam organised by the BCECE Board to offer admission to those students seeking for admissions in polytechnic courses offered by various colleges and institutions of Bihar state. Bihar Polytechnic 2024 Exam Pattern
The entrance test of Bihar Polytechnic, also known as DCECE will be conducted on 22nd June 2024 (PE) and on 23rd June 2024 (PM/ PMM). Check below the details about DCECE exam pattern:
Bihar Polytechnic Admit Card will be released on 13th June 2024. The authority will provide the admit card only to successfully registered candidates. DCECE Admit Card will be made available via online mode through the website.
- Course: Bihar Polytechnic DCECE will be conducted for admission to diploma level courses. It will be conducted for PE/ PPE/ PMD/ PM courses.
- Mode of Exam: DCECE will be conducted in offline mode (pen and paper based mode).
- Duration: Total 2 hours 15 minutes will be allotted to the candidates to answer the questions.
- Language: The question paper will be asked in English & Hindi language.
- Answer Marking: Candidates should use the black & blue pen to mark the answers.
- Number of Questions: Total number of questions will be 90.
- Question Paper Type: The question paper of Bihar Polytechnic exam will consist of objective type questions. Total four optional answers will be provided for every question and candidates are required to circle (mark) the correct option only.
- Subjects: For PE/ PPE course, the questions will be asked from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects. For PM course, the question will come from General Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology), Numerical Ability, Hindi, English and GK.
- Marking Scheme: Five marks will be awarded for every correct answer.
- Negative Marking: No negative marking.
