Bihar Polytechnic 2025 Admit Card

Authority will provide the admit card only to successfully registered candidates. DCECE Admit Card will be made available via online mode through the website. Admit card will not be provided through any offline method.

If the candidate will be unable to download the admit card, they must reach the authority with the photocopy of online submitted application form, two photographs same as application form & other required documents before the due date. Without producing the valid admit card, students will not be allowed to write the examination.

Bihar Polytechnic Admit Card Date

The Bihar Polytechnic 2025 exam will be conducted in third week of June 2025 (PE/ PM/ PMM). The exam will be conducted in pen and paper based mode.

The exam will be conducted in different shifts like Morning Shift (11:00 AM to 1:15 PM) & Afternoon shift (2:00 PM to 4:15 PM).

Candidates must download the Bihar Polytechnic 2025 Admit Card from the third week of June 2025. After the result declaration, candidates will be invited for the counselling process. Bihar Polytechnic Counselling 2025 will be conducted from July 2025.

What to Carry on the Exam Day?

On Bihar Polytechnic 2025 exam day, students will be required to bring their hall ticket. It will be the most important document to appear in the entrance exam. Students will not get entry into the examination hall without a hall ticket. 

So students must carry it along with them on the exam day. Also the second important document for exam day will be any one photo ID proof of the candidate. Applicants will be able to carry any one photo identity proof from the following:

Exam Instructions for Candidates

Here we have provided some instructions to be followed by candidates in the examination:

• It will be mandatory to bring the admit card on the day of examination.
• Take a clear printout of the admit card.
• Candidates should check the details mentioned in the admit card, in case of any mistakes contact with the officials immediately.
• Electronic calculator, log table, mobile phone, pager, etc will be completely prohibited in the examination.
• Candidates will have to put their signature on the admit card in front of the invigilator.
• Candidates are suggested to reach the exam centre before the timing to avoid any last time hassle.

Candidates must keep the admit card secure till the end of entire admission procedure. It will be asked at any stage of the admission process by the authorities. It will be mandatory to carry an admit card at the examination centre. Without an admit card, no candidates will be allowed to sit for the examination.
