Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) is a university level examination. Here are the complete information related to BITSAT 2025 application form:

• BITS, Pilani will release the BITSAT 2025 application form through online mode.
• Candidates will be able to fill out application form from the second week of January 2025.
• During form filling process, candidates will have to enter details such as personal, academic, exam center, etc.
• After filling the form, upload documents such as scanned signature & photograph in the prescribed format.
• Candidates are advised to fulfill eligibility criteria from below before proceeding to fill out the form.
• The university will also provide facility to make corrections in form after submission in case of any mistake.
• After uploading documents in form, complete the process by submitting prescribed amount of application fee using available gateways.
• Recheck and review filled details in form and proceed to the further steps.
• Applicants are advised to complete the application procedure before the second week of April 2025 as it will be last date to apply.
• Submit the form and take hardcopy of it for further usage in admission procedure.

Application Fee:

• Online facility will be available to submit the BITSAT 2025 application fee.
• Debit card, credit card, UPI and Net banking will be the online payment gateways to submit fee.
• There will be no offline method provided to submit the fee.
• Once paid, application fee will be not refunded to the candidates.

BITSAT 2025 Application Correction 

The BITSAT 2025 application correction facility will be started from the third week of April 2025. Candidates will be able make correction in the form through online mode. There will be no offline method available to edit the form.

Registered candidates for exam will be eligible to edit the application form in case of any mistake in it. The university will provide this facility for limited period of time. There will be only particular sections which can be edited by the candidates during correction window.

BITSAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Pharma Course:

• Qualification: Those class 12th passed candidates or its equivalent from a recognized board will be eligible to apply.
• Marks: At least 75% marks aggregate in PCM/ PCB and 60% marks individual in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology must be scored by the candidates in qualifying exam.
• Subjects: Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, & Biology with Proficiency in English to apply. Applicants with PCM will also be eligible to apply for B.Pharma courses.
• Appearing: Students who will be appearing in class 12^th Examination in 2025 or who have passed the class 12^thexam in 2024 will also be eligible to appear in BITSAT 2025 test.

For Other UG Course (Except B.Pharma.):

• Qualification: Applying candidates must pass class 12^th level or equivalent exam from a recognized board will be eligible to apply.
• Subjects: Applicants with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics & adequate proficiency in English will also be mandatory to apply.
• Marks: In qualifying exam, applicants must score minimum 75% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, & Mathematics subject and 60% marks in each of these subjects individually will be required.

BITSAT 2025 Exam Pattern

• Exam Mode: Exam will be conducted through online mode.
• Medium: The exam will be asked in English language only.
• Duration: Total 3 hours will be given to complete the exam.
• Type of Questions: Objective Type pattern (Multiple Choice Questions) will be asked in the exam.
• Total Questions: In exam, total 130 questions will be asked.
• Sections: 4 different sections will be there in exam such as Chemistry, English Proficiency & Logical Reasoning, Physics, and Mathematics or Biology.
• Marking Scheme: 3 marks will be awarded for each correct answer in exam.
• Negative Marking: For every incorrect response, 1 mark will be deducted.

BITSAT 2025 Slot Booking

BITS, Pilani will start the BITSAT 2025 slot booking procedure from the first week of May 2025 for session 1 and form the second week of June 2025 for session II. After the few days of registration process, the slot booking process will be started.

A link will be activated on the website to book their slots during slot booking procedure. During slot booking, candidates will have to choose their preferred date and time within the specified time frame.

BITSAT 2025 Admit Card

BITSAT 2025 admit card will be released in the second week of May 2025 for session I. The download link of admit card will be activated on the website of university. Candidates will have to visit the website through online mode.

Those candidates who will register for the exam before the last date will be eligible to download the admit card. After booking the slots through online mode, candidates will be able to access the hall ticket. Login details such as User ID and Password will be required to download admit card.

BITSAT 2025 Result

The authority will publish the BITSAT 2025 result through online mode. It will be declared on the website of BITS, Pilani. Result will be released in the terms of total correct and incorrect answers with the score.

Qualified candidates will also be able to access their score report on the BITS admission website on the next day of the exam. After downloading the result, candidates are advised to keep the hardcopy of it safe. As the hardcopy will be required to for further usage in admission procedure.

BITSAT 2025 Cut Off

Candidates must score higher than the required cut off scores in the entrance examination to participate in the further round of admission. It will be released through online mode on the website. Cut off will be the minimum scores released by the authority for each candidate who appear in the online entrance exam.

The different cutoff marks will be released by the university for each program and school on the website. Qualified candidates in the entrance exam will be eligible for the further admission rounds based on the cut off marks.

BITSAT 2025 Admission
