CBSE Board Result: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) finally, on 13th May 2025, declared the board class 12th result for the session 2024-2025.
Examination for senior secondary was held from February 15, 2025, to April 4, 2025. CBSE board results are available at cbse.gov.in
This year the overall pass percentage for 12th grade is 88.39%. To check the result, you need to log in to the CBSE result portal by entering your roll number, school name, date of birth, admit card ID, and security pin.
To pass the exam, candidates are required to score an overall 33% in both the internal assessment and Board examination taken together in all subjects. CBSE has released the exam results for all streams- Science, Commerce, and Arts on the same day.
How To Check 12th Board CBSE Result
You can get the CBSE class 12th board result 2025 simply by following the steps given below:
- Go to the CBSE website, i.e, cbse.gov.in
- Select the result option on the homepage.
- You will be redirected to “CBSE Exam Results” page.
- Click on “Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII) Results 2025 – Announced on 13th May 2024” link.
- Fill in the required details and click on the “submit” option.
- Your board result will appear on the screen.
- Check the details in it carefully and download it for further use.

Candidates should note that this is an online result, and a copy of their CSBE board class 12th result 2025/marksheet will be given by their respective schools. Results will also be available on results.cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in

Students who have failed the examination should start preparing for their compartment examination. If a candidate fails in all the subjects, they will not be allowed to take the supplementary exam. Candidates who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for the CSBE board result revaluation.
From 21st May to 27th May 2025, you can apply to get a scanned copy of evaluated answer books, and from 28th May to 3rd April 2025, verification of marks, revaluation, and both will be done.
