CGC Jhanjeri 2022 Application Form

Following are the complete details candidates needs to know regarding the CGC Jhanjeri Application Form 2022.

• CGC Jhanjeri Application Form has been released for eligibility candidates only.
• Candidates can submit the application form from the month of January 2022.
• Candidates can fill the application form through online mode only, as authority does not accept application form through any other mode.
• Candidates can fill the application form either at once or in multiple steps after saving their current progress.
• The details filled by candidates must be as per the instruction given on the application form, any alteration in details could cause rejection of application form.
• Candidates are advised to fill the application form before the prescribed date, as no application form can be accepted after the completion of registration process.
• After registering successfully, candidates must keep the printout of filed application form and fee receipt for future references.

 Application Fee:

• The Application fee for every candidate is Rs. 1000/- & non-refundable at any circumstances.
• The Fee can be payable through Debit Card / Credit Card/ Net Banking payment gateways.

CGC Jhanjeri 2022 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech:

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed or appearing in the 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized board.
• Subjects: Candidates must have Physics and mathematics as mandatory subjects in their qualifying examination.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing for the annual examination in 2022 can also apply for this course.

 For MBA Program:

• Qualification: Candidates must be 3-year bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline from any recognized board.
• Scores: He/she must have valid scores in CMAT exam.
• Appearing: Candidates Appearing in the final semester examination in 2022 can also apply for the admission.

For MCA Program:

• Qualification: Candidates must have a bachelor’s in required discipline from any recognized board.
• Marks: He/she must have scored at least 50% marks (45% Marks for reserved category candidates) in their qualifying examination to be eligible for admission.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in their graduation examination in 2022 can also apply for admission.

 CGC Jhanjeri 2022 Admission Procedure

The admission procedure for the various offered programmes in CGC Jhanjeri 2022 will be done on the basis of two methods. Candidates can either apply for admission through state quota state or direct admission.

Admission procedure through state quota seats will be done on the basis of PTU university counselling procedure. 5% seats in all B.Tech. Programme (including LEET) and all non AICTE UG courses will be filled through PTU counselling procedure.

The selection procedure for the direct admission will be done on the basis of Overall profile, Academic background, Entrance Scores and other achievements of candidates.

 CGC Jhanjeri Entrance Exam

Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC) Jhanjeri will not conduct any university level entrance examination for admission but university will shortlist the candidates on the basis of various entrance examinations scores.

The admission will be offered to the candidates on the basis of various national level entrance examination like JEE Main/ CMAT etc. Admission in some courses like B.Tech. and MBA will require a entrance examination score compulsorily.

 CGC Jhanjeri Admission Scholarship 2022

CGC Jhanjeri university conducts CGC Jhanjeri Open Scholarship for Higher Education (JOSH) Test. The scholarship test will be conducted for shortlisting the deserving candidates for scholarship of worth Rs. 7 Crore.

In order to participate in scholarship test, candidates will have to register themselves from the website of authority through online mode. The scholarship will be offered to the candidates on the basis of their performances in the scholarship test.

 CGC Jhanjeri Admission 2022 Merit list

CGC Jhanjeri Merit list will be released by the University after few days from the completion of registration process. The merit list will be made available by CGC University for every registered candidate through online mode. Candidates will be able to access their merit list from the website of authority.

The merit list will be made prepared by the university on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in required National level Exam and Academic Examinations. Candidates will be called for the CGC University counselling procedure on the basis of Merit list.

 CGC Jhanjeri 2022 Counselling

The Counselling Procedure for various offered programmes at CGC University will be conducted for 5% seats of all B.Tech. Programme (including LEET) and all non AICTE UG courses, whereas CGC Jhanjeri will conduct the counselling procedure for direct admission.

CGC Counselling procedure will be conducted by the university through online mode. Only successfully registered candidates will be allowed to participate in the counselling procedure.

CGC University will conduct counselling process in various rounds as per the availability of vacant seats after each round of counselling. Candidates will get admission on the basis of their performances as per the selection procedure.

The final admission will be offered to the candidate after the document verification rounds. Following are the list of required documents for verification rounds:
