Delhi ITI 2025 Application Form

- Delhi ITI 2025 Application Form will be filled by candidates from third week of May 2025.
- Registration form will be made available via online mode only, there will be no offline method to submit form.
- Applicants are advised to meet all the eligibility norms to apply for various trades.
- To fill registration form, candidates will need to provide details i.e. name, gender, DOB, academic qualification, contact details etc.
- Any modifications in application form will not be allowed after final submission, so cross check all the details carefully.
- A scanned image of colored photograph will need to be uploaded in jpg/ jpeg format with size should be greater than 20 kb and less than 50 kb.
- Last date to fill registration form will be till third week of June 2025.
- Candidates are advised to retain a copy of confirmation page of filled application form for further usage.
Application Fee:
- Registration fee of Delhi ITI 2025 will be transacted through online mode.
- For transaction, applicants have to use debit card/ credit card/ net banking payment gateways.
- Each category candidate will have to pay Rs. 200/- as an application fee.
- Once paid, the fee will not be refunded in any case.
Delhi ITI 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are required to fulfill following eligibility criteria before applying for Delhi ITI 2025:
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals will be eligible to apply.
- Age limit: Minimum age limit for “Technician Electronic System Design & Repair” will be 16 years and 18 years for all dual systems of training trades. For other CTS trades, the minimum age must be 14 years as on 1st August 2025.
- Qualification: Applying candidates must pass 8th/ 10th level examination from any recognised board.
- Marks: Aspirants must have obtained a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination to be eligible.
- Subjects: In the qualifying examination, candidates must have mathematics and science as compulsory subjects.
- Appearing: Candidates those are appearing in their qualifying examination will also be eligible for admission.

How to Apply for Delhi ITI 2025

- On clicking “New Candidate registration” button, a declaration page will be navigated.
- Press the “I agree” button to complete the registration process.
- Enter details like name, father’s/ mother’s name, DOB, Gender, phone number, email ID etc.
- Choose a password and then click on submit button.
- Now, login to portal using user ID and password to fill the registration form.
- Fill in relevant details such as personal, academic and address details to complete the form.
- Upload a scanned photograph and other necessary documents in JPEG/ JPG/ PNG format.
- Preview all the details carefully and press the “submit” button.
- Submit the prescribed application fee through online payment gateways.
- After submission, status of approved/ rejected application form will be sent through SMS/ Email.
- Do not forget to take a printout of filled application form to be used in future.
