- GUJCET 2026 registration will be started from the second week of December 2025.
- Candidates will be able to complete the gujcet registration form through online mode, no other offline method will be provided.
- Before applying for entrance exam, candidates are suggested to fulfil the complete eligibility criteria from below.
- Start with the registration procedure by entering the details such as name, mobile number, email ID, etc.
- After registration, now start filling the application form with details such as personal, academic qualification, contact details, etc.
- Upload the documents such as passport size photograph and signature according to the prescribed format and size.
- To avoid rejection of form, candidates must upload the images less than 50 KB size in JPEG/ JPG format only.
- Authority will also provide the facility to edit the submitted application form in case of any mistake made in it.
- The last date for submission of application form will be till second week of January 2026.
- Recheck the details & do not forget to take a hard copy of the application form for further usage in admission.
Registration Fee:
- Application fee of GUJCET 2026 will be submitted through online/ offline mode.
- Rs. 350/- will be the application fee for GUJCET 2026.
- Online facility will be done through SBIepay systems i.e Debit card/ credit card/ net banking or through SBI branch payment.
- Fee will be paid through SBIePay “SBI Branch Payment” option in any SBI Branch of Country.
- Application fee will be non-refundable under any circumstances.
GUJCET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Candidates must have completed class 12th level or equivalent exam from any recognized board to apply.
- Marks: In the qualifying exam, candidates must secure 45% marks for general (40% marks in case of reserved category candidates) to apply for GUJCET.
- Subjects: To be eligible for the exam, one must have passed the qualifying exam with PCM for Engineering and PCM/ PCB for Pharmacy courses.
- Appearing: Those appearing candidates in their qualifying exam in the year of admission will also be eligible to apply.

How to Apply for GUJCET 2026

- Visit the website of GUJCET (Link will be given above).
- On the homepage, click the “New Candidates Registration” button.
- You will be redirected to the registration page.
- Start with the registration process by entering the name, gender, mobile number, etc.
- Then, create an 8 digit password as prompted (containing 1 capital & 1 small letter, 1 numerical value, and 1 special character).
- Enter the captcha code as shown on the screen.
- Verify your details by entering the received 5 digit OTP.
- On the main page, press the “Login ” button & enter the generated User ID & Password.
- Press the “Payment” tab on the screen.
- Submit the prescribed amount of application fee through “SBIepay” or “SBI Branch payment” option.
- The online application form will appear on the screen after successful payment.
- Fill the application form with details such as personal, academic qualification, communication details, etc.
- Select the Group A, B and AB and proceed to the next step.
- Now upload the scanned passport size photograph and signature in prescribed format and size.
- Documents must be uploaded in less than 50 KB size in JPEG/ JPG format only.
- Press the “Save” button to save the filled details in the form.
- Reverify the details and and make required changes if required,
- Click on the “Submit” button after verifying the filled details.
- Do not forget to take a hard copy of the gujcet exam form for further reference.
