Jamia 2023 Counselling Registration will start from 10th July 2023. Jamia Millia Islamia University organizes entrance exams every year to offer admission into various courses in field of Engineering, Technology, Education, Social Sciences, Law, etc. However admission into B.Tech/ B.Arch. and BDS courses is provided on the basis of JEE Main Scores and NEET Rank. Candidates who clear their entrance test is provisionally selected for the counselling/interview round. In order to be eligible for the counselling/interview round, students are required to score more than 30% marks in the descriptive part of their written test (if applicable).

Candidates successfully clearing their counselling/interview and Portfolio rounds will be offered admission into the University in various courses. Students will be provided admission into various courses as per the merit order.

Below we have provided official dates for the release of Jamia 2023 Result, Merit List and starting of counselling:

Jamia Admission Counselling Procedure

Candidates qualifying the entrance test will get first shortlisted in the merit list as per their performance shown in the entrance test. According to their rank, candidates will be invited to attend the counselling round. The counselling letter will be downloaded by the candidates from the website.

Selected candidates will have to pay the counselling fee and fill the counselling form. Candidates can pay the counseling fee by online (Debit/Credit card) or offline mode (Bank Challan). The list of provisionally selected students will be released few days after the registration.

Candidates on the basis of their marks and filled choice course will be allotted seats. Candidates during counselling process undergoes document verification process and are required to submit various documents. These documents are:

• 10^th and 12^th Marksheet and Pass Certificate
• Category Certificate
• Birth Certificate
• Domicile Certificate of J&K Candidates
• Character Certificate
• Score Card of NEET 2023 or JEE Main 2023
• Several Passport size Photographs
• Medical Certificate etc.

Jamia Admission 2023

Admission into Jamia University is provided to the candidates after the allotment of seats. Candidates are required to carry their allotment letter with them at the time of admission into the University. Also candidates at the time of admission must carry their necessary documents and submit with the authority.

Final admission is provided to the candidate on the basis of their performance in the written test and Interview Rounds. Also to confirm their admission candidates must submit their admission fee.

Jamia 2023 Counselling/Interview is organized for some programmes. For admission into various courses in the University, students have to qualify their written test as well as counselling/interview round.

Claim of admission into the particular course are forfeited in case of non-appearance of aspirant in the written test or interview round.
