KIITEE 2024 Allotment (Phase 1) has been released for B.Tech/ UG/ PG. Kalinga Institute of Industrial Training (KIIT) is the conducting authority of KIITEE entrance exam. KIITEE is a university level entrance exam.
KIIT University offers admission in various UG and PG professional programmes. It offers the admission in the engineering course along with BBA/ BCA and MCA programmes. Candidates must have to appear in KIITEE 2024 for getting admission into the university. KIITEE Counselling 2024 – Allotment Out (Phase 1)

The seat allocation can be done based on the merit and candidate’s performance in the entrance exam. After few days of the declaration of result, the university publishes the counselling schedule on its website.
Counselling result for phase 1 will be released in May 2024. Counselling (choice filling) will start on April 2024 for 1st phase.
On behalf of the candidates, if candidate’s parents attend the counselling they will have to bring the additional documents to attend the counselling. In such cases, admission is purely provisional and seat allotment letter will be issued only after biometric verification of candidate.
The verification of documents will be done at the time of admission/ counselling. If the candidate will fail to produce the original documents then, they will not be considered for the admission.

The university will release the cut-off marks for participating in the counselling. Candidates those who will score the marks higher than the cut-off marks will be invited for the counselling rounds. The counselling for phase II will start from July/ August 2024 in which candidates have to present online.
KIITEE 2024
KIITEE is organised every by Kalinga Institute of Technology. KIIT organises its entrance test to offer admission into various UG and PG programmes offered by the University. KIITEE Counselling Procedure 2024
The KIITEE counselling procedure 2024 is comprised of various steps given below.
Choice Filling:
After declaration of merit list, candidates have called for counselling as per their ranks. A candidate with a higher rank will be given preference in allotting the seats.
Candidates have to reach the counselling venue before half an hour of the starting of the counselling. There candidates have to fill the course choice as per the order of their preference.
Document Verification:
Candidates have to verify their original documents. Candidates those who will fail to verify or produce their all said documents will not be allowed for the admission. So, the candidates must present with all required documents on the day of counselling.
Seat Allotment:
After the verification process of the documents, candidate will be allotted the seats. The seats will be allotted on the basis of candidate’s filled choices, availability of seats and rank of the candidate. Candidates can confirm their seats by paying the counselling fee. Counselling will be stopped at any stage as soon as all the seats will be filled completely.
Payment of Fee:
Candidates will have to pay the counselling fee to get admission in the allotted college. Candidates can deposit the fees through demand draft in favor of KIIT payable at Bhubaneswar.
Documents Required for participating in the Counseling:
Candidates should produce following Original Certificates with one set of Xerox Copies on the day of counselling. Original Certificates will be returned after verification and Xerox Copies will be retained by the university for office use.
- KIITEE 2024 admit card.
- KIITEE 2024 rank card.
- 12th mark sheet and passing certificate (Passing Candidates).
- 10th passed certificate/ Mark Sheet.
- 12th class admit card (candidates those result is awaited).
- Two colored passport size photograph.
- Category certificate (issued by competent authority).
- Demand Draft of Rs. 75,000 which includes the counselling registration fees of Rs. 10,000 in favour of KIIT, payable at Bhubaneswar. Cash payment will not be accepted.
- Authorization letter from the candidate (In case, counselling attend by parents).
- ID Proof with photograph (In case, counselling attend by parents).
- Certificate mentioning the name of parent attending the counseling (Birth Certificate/10th Pass certificate) (In case, counselling attend by parents).

Sir, I secured a rank of 296 and I have applied for MSc Applied microbiology. In my provisional result that was declared on 29th July it was mentioned that I’m eligible for 1st round counselling but as the dates are passing by I haven’t received any notification or news about my topic of interest yet and I fear missing out.
