Candidates have to score minimum of 50% marks in the entrance exam to qualify the test and is eligible for admission. For ST/ SC candidates, 40% marks must be secured to get admission. Cut off will be released for CAP I via online mode.
Selected candidates will be able to participate in centralised allotment process. In centralised allotment, the counselling and seat allotment of the candidates will be done. Total of three rounds will be organized for centralised allotment.

MAH MCA CET 2026 Merit List
After the declaration of cut off marks, candidates who will successfully secured qualifying marks will be shortlisted in the merit list. The conducting authority will prepare separate merit lists for Maharashtra state seats, other Maharashtra state seats and J&K Migrant candidates.
In case more than two candidates obtain same marks, the relative merit will be determined on the basis of higher percentage in class 12th. If the tie still persists, the higher percentage in class 10th will be considered. Again, if the tie still arises, the higher percentage in Mathematics in 10th will be taken into consideration. MAH MCA CET 2026 Counselling
The counselling process will be successfully started after the selection of the qualified candidates in the merit list. The complete counselling and seat allotment process will be organised through centralised admission process.
At the time of MAH MCA CET 2026 counselling, the document verification of the candidates will be done to verify the documents of the candidates. Also candidates will have to fill their choice of colleges and courses as per their secured rank in the merit list.
