The MP PAT 2024 Counselling has been commenced from 12th September 2024. It has been started through online mode. Counselling is held in two rounds i.e., Certificate Verification and Choice Filling. Candidates are required to fill number of colleges and courses choices according to their preference.

The seats have allocated to the candidates based on filled choices, rank, seat availability, reservation, category, etc. Candidates should report within a given time period to the allotted college. At the time of counselling, candidates need to submit the following documents for verification:

MP PAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for MP PAT 2024 is as provided below:

For B.Sc. Agriculture/ Horticulture courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must pass 12^th level or equivalent from any recognized board.
• Subject: In qualifying exam, candidates must pass with Physics, Chemistry and any one of the subject from Mathematics, English, Agriculture, and Forestry.
• Appearing: Those candidates appearing in qualifying exam in 2024 are also eligible to apply for exam.

For B. Tech Agriculture Engineering courses:

• Qualification: The candidates must qualify 12^th intermediate or equivalent from any recognized board or university.
• Subjects: Candidates must pass above exam with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English (PCME).

MP PAT 2024 Exam Pattern

Candidates must check MP PAT 2024 Exam Pattern details given below:

• Mode of exam: The exam has been conducted via offline mode (pen and paper based).
• No. of Questions: There was total 200 questions asked in the paper.
• Duration: Total 3 hours have allotted to candidates.
• Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) are asked in the question paper.
• Medium: The exam has been conducted in English and Hindi language.
• Marking Scheme: For every correct answer, 1 mark is given to candidates. There is no negative marking for wrong answer.

MP PAT 2024 Syllabus is prescribed by the MP Vyapam. It covers 11^th and 12^th class subject topics such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and Agriculture.

The detailed syllabus will be as:

• Physics: Work energy and power, Unit and dimensions, Motion in two dimensions, universal law of gravitations, periodic motion, wave nature of light, the human eye, defects of vision, magnification and resolving power of telescope, Ohm’s law, etc.
• Chemistry: Inorganic Chemistry, General and Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Solid State, General ion effect.
• Mathematics: Algebra, Trigonometry, Co-ordinate Geometry of Two Dimensions, Co-ordinate Geometry of Three Dimensions, Differential Calculus, Vector Algebra, Integral Calculus, Differential Equations, Statistics, Numerical Methods, Linear Programming.

MP PAT 2024 Admit Card

The MP PAT 2024 Admit Card has been made available through online mode. Candidates are able to download the admit card by entering application number and password. It has been issued from 1st June 2024. It is mandatory for a student to carry hall ticket at the exam centre.

Admit card contains details i.e., exam time, date, center, name, gender, etc. With admit card candidates also have to carry any identity proof (Aadhaar/ Voter ID/ Passport). No admit card will be sent to candidate individually by post or any other medium.
