MP PAT is a state level entrance examination, also referred to as Madhya Pradesh Vyapam. Candidates have to appear in the counselling session after appearing in the entrance exam to get admission in the state of MP.

MP PAT Counselling 2026

Candidates can register for the MP PAT 2026 counselling after registering online for the counselling process. After logging in to the website, candidates are provided the ID & Password for logging into the counselling portal.

The counselling is organised in multiple sessions. On the basis of choice selected by the candidate and their rank, the seats are allotted in the various colleges. Seat allotment letter will be made available from July 2026 for first phase.

Candidates will have to take a printout of allotted seats and then only report to the allotted college with the allotment letter. It will be necessary for all the candidates to bring their original certificates for document verification.

MP PAT Counselling Procedure 2026

It is necessary to register online on the website to attend the counselling. The candidates need to choose the colleges and courses according to their preference before the closing date of counselling.

MP PAT Counselling Procedure 2026 includes online registration, document verification, choice filling of their preference, part payment of tuition fee, admission allotment, reporting to the allotted colleges, and document verification.

Candidates have to verify the documents at the nearest document verification helpline centres. Eligible candidates have to choose the institution/ branch as per their choices. After paying the fee, candidates have to download their allotment letter.

MP PAT Counselling Eligibility Criteria

Candidates only be eligible if he/ she fulfil the complete eligibility criteria:

• Candidate should be a citizen of India.
• Candidate should have valid original documents.
• Candidate must appear in the MP PAT 2026 entrance examination.
• It will be necessary to score the cut-off marks in order to appear in the counselling.
• Candidates will also have to secure the individual qualifying marks in each subject.

MP PAT Admission 2026

The seats in the various institutions are allotted on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the exam and fulfilment of the eligibility criteria. The allotment of seats is done on a merit basis and category-wise.

Candidates must report to the allotted institution on the due date. At the allotted institutions, candidates have to verify their documents and need to submit the admission fee.
