NDA Exam Update: The Union Public Service Commission on 10th December 2025, has officially started the NDA 2026 registration process for session 1 and has also released the notification PDF.
Interested candidates are required to meet the NDA eligibility criteria before filling the online application form. Other than online, there is no mode to register for the National Defence Academy.
UPSC NDA 1 2026 registration last date is 30th December 2025. All the candidates are required to submit only 1 form. Multiple forms will not be accepted by the authority.

- Go to the UPSC NDA portal, i.e upsconline.nic.in
- You will now enter the homepage of the website.
- Scroll down to the “Create account & login” section.
- Fill in the required details and generate your credentials.
- Log in with NDA application number & password. The
- NDA form will appear on the screen.
- Fill the form, upload the document, and pay the fees.
- Once done, review the form and click on submit.
- Download the confirmation page for further use.

Candidates need to mention all the correct details in the NDA application form, and documents should be attached as per the size and format instructions by the UPSC. No application forms will be accepted by the authority after the registration window has closed.
UPSC will conduct the NDA 1 2026 examination on 16th April 2026. The mode of the exam will be pen paper paper-based, and candidates who submit the application form successfully will be eligible to sit for the examination.
